Hi friends! All of these flavors are amazing...but I can't wait to hear which one is your favorite? Let me know! And PS - yes to more meal prep!! 😉xo - Lisa
I tried three of these marinades and i must admit in the many years of grilling chicken i have never had more flavorful and juicy chicken. I didn't want to stop eating it. You know how to balance flavors. Thank you very much.
I used your Italian marinade for 2 lbs of bone-in, skin on chicken thighs last night, and doubled the ingredients. Left it in a ziploc bag in the fridge overnight. Huge hit for my family! The juiciest, tastiest chicken I have ever cooked. Thank you so much for the recipe!! Adding it to the rotation!
I made the cilantro marinate. Is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. So I decided to make extra, put in a bottle and use it as a salad dressing. Salad is deliciously fun too. Thanks . Love your videos, the way you present and explain.
This is the way to go, to freeze. These r all good ideas I will try. I do what I call Sriracha chicken. Ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, little brown sugar, splash of vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper, and Sriracha.
Those all look amazing, I can't wait to try them! I do a lot of freezer meal prep with marinated chicken and my current favorite is your Greek sheet pan recipe (so basically the Greek lemon in this video)! Meal prepping marinating meats makes some pretty great variety in a quick amount of time. Another super good combo is thinly Sliced beef in the Teriyaki sauce!
Marinating tonight!! Can’t wait to try this tomorrow afternoon 😁 I already tried your overnight oats recipe and girl let me tell you, it’s changing my life for the better! Thank you 🙏❤
I love these marinade ideas. This video popped up just in time as I have chicken in the fridge that needs to be prepped for the freezer. Thank you, Lisa!
I have an immersion circulator, and totally cook chicken with it in my stasher bags, so these are so fun ideas of ways to flavor it for easy sous vide dinner.
@@HarrDarr Chicken is a lean meat. Fat in marinades carries flavor. You aren't consuming most of the marinade, only what sticks to the chicken is what you end up consuming. I think you are exaggerating how bad these are for you. Baked chicken, in general, is a very healthy way of consuming chicken even if it's been marinaded in oil.
@@HarrDarr no actually. You'd have to consume almost 1/4 cup of olive oil to "double the amount of calories" and no one eats that much oil. Stop being foolish and making stuff up.

This is literally one of my favorite recipe videos for chicken. I am on a high protein diet right now because I’m working out and I really appreciate this. Thanks so much.
Ate the honey/mustard chicken yesterday. It was delicious. Next time I will double the marinade and cook some down a bit to dress the chicken after baking. Love this way of meal prepping. I’m making all 6 to stash in my freezer. I’m also making several for my daughter.
Thank you so much for these recipes I love them all so much every single one of them of course I make them my own I’ll tweak them but man thank you again seriously.
I made the Honey Mustard one with chicken thighs tonite. Absolutely delicious! Very balanced flavors. I’ll definitely try the other marinades in the coming weeks. Thanks for the recipes!
I have a small vacuum sealing machine. Along with a freezer, best team for time saving in the kitchen. My favourite marinade, because that's the smell of my childhood at night before bed, when my mother would prepare the meat to marinate in the fridge overnight, are persil and garlic smashed in the mortar and then add a couple spoons of olive oil. My mother used to put a plate over the bowl and keep it in the fridge until next morning. Now I put it into the bag, vacuum seal it and keep it in the freezer until the day I need it. Almost as good
Did you know that there at least 26 qurans out there? Also without water there is no people, without people there is no civilization and without civilization there is no history? This is Mecca in the 5, 6, 7, 8th century until recently (So it’s not the beautiful oasis it is made to look like 🤔). It makes the quran a lie. I’m sorry but most likely Muhammad didn’t live there at the time. His existance is questionable since his first mention was until the 9th century. Too far off. But Yeshuah! He is the real deal. TH-cam recommended one of your videos about a month or so ago, and this is one of the videos that was really inspirational. My family now has one of your recipes at least once/week in our rotation, and the Greek sheet pan chicken is probably my favorite right now (fajita is a close second). I really can't get enough of that recipe. I can't wait to try the cilantro lime next (that and honey mustard are the only 2 I haven't had yet. The teriyaki is delicious & pretty heavy in rotation, and I didn't let the Italian marinate long enough so I'm going to give it another shot soon, too). Hi Lisa, thanks for your amazing videos and ideas :) Just one question: what size stasher bag do you use for these marinated chickens? And do you only have one size in your kitchen or do you have more different sizes for different things? Thank you in advance!
Hi Lisa … I love your channel! I have just made the Italian marinade with chicken thighs and the honey mustard with chicken breasts as they were the ingredients I had on hand. Thank you for your easy to follow recipes 💕
I'm going to use these marinades on non-meat alternatives, such as tofu, mushrooms, jackfruit, etc., because I've transitioned to a WFPB diet. Thank you for the great ideas!

I cook the Greek one almost every time I make chicken. Thank you for these! Super easy too/limited ingredients which helps since I'm broke and I actually had all of this in my fridge/pantry. So yeah thanks again 😁
Thank you for the delicious marinades recipes. I tried some of the marinades but I cut the chicken breast into strips or cubs before baking it to maximize the coating of the marinade on the chicken meat. If you cut the chicken into smaller pieces it will not only enhance the flavor of the chicken but it will also prevent that the chicken will become dry after you put the baked/grilled marinated chicken in the freezer and eat it later. It's just a tip that I want to share with you.
These marinades all look great (except for cilantro, which I'm one of the many who don't like it). Thank you for sharing them with us, with the warmer weather coming (hopefully) it will be great to have a stash in the freezer. Stay well and safe.
Thanks for the great recipes! Maybe a silly question but if I’ve already got chicken frozen, can I just combine with the marinade and stick it back in the freezer? Or should I partially defrost and then combine with the marinade and refreeze?
Yes, you can just combine it with the frozen chicken and stick it back in the freezer. Then once you let it thaw in the fridge overnight, it will start marinating the chicken then.
Awesome video of some outstanding marinades. I will definitely try each one of them. Thanks 🙏🏼 for sharing your culinary knowledge. Love ❤️ from Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪

I love this! &bonus points for getting straight to the point but also giving us more to think about like the chalk sharpie - super cool! Thank u!
Always looking to give as many tips as I can!
@@Downshiftology thank you!
