My advice to Pakistanis always buy from the developer you don't Pay dealer's commosion. Developer has fixed price list and you signe an aggrement in presence of Notary Public and the developer show full paid price in seal deed. Mostly Property dealer's sale price is higher than showed in sale deed. There many good developer on nett. I never trust turkish Property dealer's.
