Maybe there prices are kept for Russians. You know Turks and Russians, they have a long history. More seriously, often times when you want to buy the agencies want you to buy from developers but since many Russians live there they may know secrets...they got their own real estate agents.

Sir, Please put some light on buying land to build your own house and construct it...Minimum cost of 500 Square yards land in Istanbul outskit area, per squre feet (avarage quality) cost of contruction on the land, what is the most optimum design ( 2 room or 3 room ) e.t.c, dealing with Constrcution permit ... dealing with labour and constuction companies to build the house..

I won't recommend Istanbul because of high risk of earthquakes( climate change).
That was years ago -- the place is quite big.....On your website there are only about 60.000 eur....The new apartments only....All Russians have bought all of those apartments in the center...
