I almost cried… this is the game that got me into Kirby, I got it for my 7th birthday :’)
this game also got me into Kirby, when i was 10 years old!
It’s rare to see a remaster of an already 3d game to have a completely new art style. Love this!
This artstyle also heavily resembles another of the scrapped prototypes of Kirby GCN
@@dustymcwari4468 Yeah but only slightly as it was fully 2D, and we only have 1 screenshot and a few music tracks as remnants for that game.
@@cooljrgaming9729 was it? It just seemed like I used the same cell shaded 3D Models they had to emulate 2D, much like how they doing in this RtDL tbh

@@cooljrgaming9729 the one that’s more like a 2D sidescroller like most Kirby games, that had outlines and all, it was one of the prototypes

I personally hate it. It feels so off. They shoulda brought back his Star Allies design.
@@hexospikez741 I respect that. Star Allies Dedede is an amazing design for him. But there’s something about stubby, chonk Dedede from FL that just resonates with me haha
To me it sort of seems like the crystal shards model, but upgraded.

It is understandable that not everyone likes too many changes of King Dedede, I might take a guess that they might have had to design him a proper penguin as I assumed in forgotten land.

You think these means we may see Planet Robot get a port to the Switch in the future. Its one of the few 3DS games I sadly missed out on and heard nothing but great things about it.

I feel like Epic Yarn is more deserving but this is definitely second in my opinion as it supports one of the best multiplayers in all Kirby games.

Nintendo just proving they don't care legacy preservation and fan service. Nintendo doesn't want to supply on demand a larger vc games catalogue of games and on top of that vc games gamers actually want to see released per month. Instead Nintendo give us gamers whatever Nintendo feels like giving us when ever Nintendo feel like it which is a pretty bad business move by Nintendo imo. RGT 85 is right Nintendo could give us the two HD remasters of Zelda Wind Waker and Zelda Twilight Princess from the Nintendo Wii U both digitally and physically which would make Nintendo lots of money and fans happy it wouldn't kill Nintendo show some fan service every once in awhile or wouldn't break the bank for Nintendo. Also I agree with bringing F-Zero GX from the GameCube over to the Nintendo switch but also Mario Kart Double Dash etc. Nintendo would make plenty of easy money and be doing a huge fan service to fans which would show Nintendo actually values us as customers and cares about legacy games. So it isn't to much to ask for Nintendo to give customers at least those 4 listed GameCube games fan favorites for the Nintendo switch by holiday season 2022.

They aren't "yikes" at all, get out of here with that. His design is awesome lookin like 64 and the outlines are a super cool design from a pop up book styled concept originally for this game.
