The Journey to Find Gog and Magog
In the year 232 AH, the Caliph (Al-Wathiq Billah) ordered the most difficult search mission in history: searching for the dam of Gog and Magog. They found something strange.
What did they find, how did the dam look, and where is it located?
First, the people of Gog and Magog are two tribes from the lineage of Adam, peace be upon him, and they are the ones who were imprisoned by Dhul-Qarnayn in the well-known story mentioned in the Holy Quran.
But has anyone seen the dam?
Our story begins 1209 years ago when the Caliph (Al-Wathiq Billah) saw in a dream that the dam of Gog and Magog had been opened. That vision terrified him, so he wanted to be reassured, so he ordered a person called (Salam Al-Tarjuman) to search for the dam and look at it to reassure himself.
