Some of the laws were not prescribed like fasting, prayer, drinking prohibition , right to self defense etc. This is not abrogation. Allah had prohibited for muslims to fight back for long time. I was born as a Sunni Muslim but was never satisfied with many of Sunni doctrines. The two most upsetting doctrines for me were 1) Death For apostates 2) Death for Blasphemy. To my conscience these were act of bigotry as the dictators & bigots don't allow to express disagreement with them. As a result of my dis-satisfaction with Sunni Islam, I became an agnostic. However, after knowing & studying Ahmadiyya interpretation of Islam I converted to Ahmadiyya. One I had about 2 hours live debate with Farhan on Paltalk - at that time Farhan was Sunni. .

But then as an ex-muslim my life become miserable and depressed, I was in anxiety all the time, i belived that by leaving Islam I got freedom and now I don't have any limits, I can do anything and i Can unlock all the potential of my mind, then i got into manifestation so much so that i belived that I can manifest and become whatever i want to, but still nothing worked out and I felt miserable and had a very low self esteem, after this I realized how religion is important, I revert back to Islam, i realized why praying 5 times a day is so much important to your mental well being, i realized why the rules of Islam are important to the society, I reverted back to Islam and happier than ever, I understand ex-muslims have their arguments but i also understand that u cannot make sense out of everything about Islam, there are many things that you cannot make sense out of it rhat doesn't mean its not true

It does not matter whether one leaves Islam or accepts Islam. The question is why Muslims adamantly believe that not a word in Quran has changed in 1400 years and hence it is true ! If every thing is hunky dory there would not have been so many conflicts because of different versions and interpretations regarding different verses in Quran. There are noble and virtuous verses for welfare of humanity and there are verses at different places which are at variance with the virtuous ones. Im an ex Christian converted to Islam & i have seen debates of Farhan Qureshi. He was really weak as a debater. He even had hard time refuting simple passages. Just because someone is a Muslim/Christian/Hindu doesn't mean he's a debater. SIMPLE!
Farhan speaks a lot of common sense. And he is right about what he says: Islam does not fit in. It is really difficult, even impossible, to mix islam into other cultures. Because islam is so much more than a religion, it is an aggressive lifestyle, forced upon people, and then after a while living under islam, you have no longer any other choice than to submit under the control of what the islamic laws demand, obey and submit under the control of what the islamic dogmas tell you to do and how to live. I wish all the believers would listen to him, with open minds.

I was born as a Sunni Muslim but was never satisfied with many of Sunni doctrines. The two most upsetting doctrines for me were 1) Death For apostates 2) Death for Blasphemy. To my conscience these were act of bigotry as the dictators & bigots don't allow to express disagreement with them. As a result of my dis-satisfaction with Sunni Islam, I became an agnostic. However, after knowing & studying Ahmadiyya interpretation of Islam I converted to Ahmadiyya. One I had about 2 hours live debate with Farhan on Paltalk - at that time Farhan was Sunni. .

But then as an ex-muslim my life become miserable and depressed, I was in anxiety all the time, i belived that by leaving Islam I got freedom and now I don't have any limits, I can do anything and i Can unlock all the potential of my mind, then i got into manifestation so much so that i belived that I can manifest and become whatever i want to, but still nothing worked out and I felt miserable and had a very low self esteem, after this I realized how religion is important, I revert back to Islam, i realized why praying 5 times a day is so much important to your mental well being, i realized why the rules of Islam are important to the society, I reverted back to Islam and happier than ever, I understand ex-muslims have their arguments but i also understand that u cannot make sense out of everything about Islam, there are many things that you cannot make sense out of it rhat doesn't mean its not true
