Tropics Update: Debby expected to bring rainfall, flooding, possible tornado threat to Virginia & NC

All eyes have remained on Tropical Storm Debby and its slow movement along the southeast coastline. The breakdown of upper-level steering winds makes for an ideal environment supportive of extensive flooding.
As a result, the 13News Now Weather Team has declared Thursday and Friday as "Weather Alert Days" for impacts from in Virginia.
