    This here is a fitness challenge for families! Work out with your little ones or have them work together.
    This is for fastest time. Complete 3 sets and post your time in the comments.
    10 x Push up claps head to head
    20 x Squats holding hands
    30 x Sit ups with a ball pass
    40 Second Wall Sit hold (90 degrees at the hips and knees!)
    TIMES THREE SETS !!!
    Record your trial and post to socials, tag us and 3 friends to challenge @NinjaAustralia
    Repeat again a couple of days later to try beat your first time!
    This is a great work out, engaging a wide range of muscle groups including core, upper body and legs! Fantastic to do a few times a week!
