It's always fun to see what other people attach to their ambient noise boxes. As demonstrated above anything and everything works - one of the few instrument devices where imagination has total freedom of expression. I am currently working on a box build out of discarded percussion drums - the resonance is fabulous! I'm already thinking about making another one of 200 liter oil drum 😄Happy noiseboxing everyone! 😀
Hvala marky! Par soundova nisam ni upotrebio u ovom tejku, ovaj rajf sa desne strane i tih 5 zica od gitare dole levo - 2 od njih imaju na sebi opruge iz hemijskih, sledeci put...
One of the best uses for a noise box, I love the Kaos Pad. I haven't got the learning curve in me. I'll just have to stick to bulkier pedal collections.
Love this! Kudos. I am collecting elements for my first noise box. Can you explain the element in the lower left that looks like a white eye with metal arms wrapped around it? Can you maybe let me know what terms I can search to locate the parts for this element? TIA
Thx. Its just guitar strings cuts and a screw, and a screwholder that holds it (i dont know the precise term). Different leingths and different string s.
your noisebox looks and sounds amazing. great ideas. i am trying to build first noizebox.. but i havent found any good resources yet that explain to me which basic parts and tools i need for it. do have an idea where i can find that? thanks anyway for that cool video
Thank you. The main two things are the box itself and a contact microphone (piezo microphone). You mount the piezo mic somewhere inside, and it picks up the vibrations through the wood. You can either buy a piezo mic or take one out of the musical greeting card, and solder an output cable to it (thats what i did). Then you just test out the elements you have and see what sounds good through the microphone, and how to mount it. Best to put it on some reverb, everything sounds better with it.
Trial and error je sve bilo. Posle smo imali i workshop gde smo pravili razne kutije, i jam, to mozes videti ovde: th-cam.com/video/FchjguntSxc/w-d-xo.html
Hello You've built a nice instrument. Try to reproduce the same theme but with bpm divided by 4. Example 120bpm ÷ 4 = 30bpm. see how cool the effect is. My English is poor but you can probably understand my speech. greetings and make instruments and music Bartek I also have kaoss3
Great idea. I find recording onto tape znd dropping to half speed sounds great. It's also possible to achieve this with some loopers and add a bit of wobble and eq afterwards (or not) with vibrato with using pedals or daw.
Workshop jam where we made some more boxes: th-cam.com/video/FchjguntSxc/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=ShpiraLTD
spectacular work! wish I could jam with you guys using some of my stuff too
:3 Very cool and that Korg is very cool! I wanna check out that Korg more! Awesome lights and build! Shalom.
@@loris9920It's great you used, too, instead of, to. Unfortunately, no punctuation to end the sentence, and so forth.
This is fucking dope! The foley possibilities are endless. The textures you can create with this....?! Gorgeous!

Jel piezo ili kontakt mikrofon u igri? Hvala
