@@CreativeGrandma Thank you for the link. I’m working on a sweater for our great grandson but at 9 am thinking the acrylic yarn is more convenient for his mom.
I prefer natural fibers once I started using them. I like cotton and cotton blends for next to the skin. I love wool and use a lot of it for wearables. I will still use acrylic or acrylic cotton blend for blankets.
I have never used natural yarn, except cotton. But this video, Glenda, has given me the courage to try it! I'm headed to their website. Thank you, Glenda! MaryAnne
Thank you Glenda⚘️ I loved seeing and hearing about these Natural yarns. I'm just starting To try some natural yarns. So this was perfect timing in hearing about this company, And the different natural yarns they offer. I'm looking to find a natural yarn that I can make a throw a with And I'm finding that what I thought would be scratchy yarn is actually super duper soft. So thank you so much Glenda. This is very helpful to me! And it was fun watching you go through them all! 😊
Hi Glenda, beautiful wool. I love making things with natural yarns. Their website lays out their commitment to animal welfare and ethical processing and purchasing, which is really helpful. X
Hi Glenda. There yarn is beautiful 😊I assumed it was all wool and really didn’t want to watch the whole video. But I always tell you I will, so I did. And I was pleasantly surprised to see the 100% Alpaca. Beautiful 🤩 Glad I watched it all ❤thank you 😊
Hi Glenda. I was admiring the shirt that you are wearing when my husband reminded me that I have the same one. You definitely have good taste 🤣. Thanks for sharing the beautiful yarns
It’s beautiful yarn. I wish I could afford it with my amigurumi projects. Maybe one day I’ll get some alpaca yarn 🧶. Thanks for the video. Sending prayers love and hugs
Please make sure to hit the THUMBS UP Button when you watch Glenda's videos. It really helps her channel grow. There is 2,601 views but only 582 thumbs up. It doesn't cost anything to give the video a thumbs up, but it's a huge help to the channel. Thank you.
Alpaca is my favorite fiber! It’s so soft. I prefer natural fibers, but I do use acrylics sometimes, especially for bigger projects that use a lot of yarn.
Thanks for the video. Never ordered from them before hoping to in the future. But the January budget is already spent. I tend to order most of my yarns from knitpicks. I have a huge box of alpaca from them. They have a beautiful alpaca, merino, tweed blend that I love. I love the alpacas. They are so soft. I even went to an alpaca farm and got to hold a baby alpaca That was 1 day old, , so cute.
Hi Glenda. Thanks for showing us the unboxing of these Luca-S yarns. I love a lot of the different colors & types of Alpaca yarn shown & also the Merino yarn you used for your Evening in Paris shawl. I have never used Alpaca yarn but have some 100 percent super wash Merino that I am saving for a future project. The softness of that yarn makes me want to explore more natural yarns after only using acrylics, or acrylic/wool blends in the past . ❤️
I absolutely love natural fibers. I enjoy knitting with them. 💜 Has Cody worked up any samples of this yarn yet. This yarn is nicely priced for natural fiber. I will be ordering some of this yarn for sure. 😉
Gorgeous yarn Glenda! I’m like you…..I’ve never used natural fiber yarn before…..this year of 2025 could be the time to try it. 😂 Thanks for sharing and have a great evening! 😊🧶🦋💜
I am glad you're stretching your yarny wings and trying natural fibers. The first one was Aran weight, correct? That would be said as Air-en (like the letter n) rather than like Iran. All those yarns look dreamy and would be perfect for when you want to create something extra special.
beautiful yarns but I wonder if they are "spun" in the countries or if its just the wool fibers . and is baby alpaca baby yarn thickness or from baby animals vs adult.
How come you changed your mind about yarn that is hand wash and lay flat to dry? (because I thought I've heard you say in the store video's that you weren't buying those when shopping for yarn to sample because you don't want to hand wash and lay flat to dry)
Yes I do prefer wash and dryable yarns, but I also tell people to try new yarns and get out of your comfort zone, so I am new to natural fibers and wanted to try some of the luxury yarns due to their softness, so in this case I would not mind hand washing laying flat to dry if the project is of a manageable size.
Peru is rated as a marginal performer (“D”) under the Animal Protection Index (API), and its farmed animal protection legislation achieved the worst performance rating (“G”) under the same index. Peru’s animal welfare protection legislation and regulatory framework is inadequate, and poorly enforced Sorry Glenda, you know what I think about natural fibres. 👎👎

I like that you’re branching out into natural yarns. It helps me a lot. Thanks Glenda!
It has been fun branching out, I have never used a lot of natural yarns so this is inspiring me to try new yarns and design with them.

Where are you hiding the yellow bee? I look for her in all your videos!
I think it was up to high and the camera did not show it LOL
I always look for Buzz too.

I’ve had the of spinning and knitting alpaca. I used to knit hats with it. Luscious and they’re prices are great compared toLYS
Lovely. I only use cheap yarns. My skills aren’t good enough for expensive yarns yet. One day though!
Hi I hope your staying warm I live in West Virginia we're under state emergency cuz of freezing rain snow cold
Stay safe hope your power does not go put with the freezing rain. We had snow and it is cold but no freezing rain thank goodness

I have an autoimmune defect Which I don't have an immune system at all and I've never used natural yarn before. I just use red heart super saver.

I like stuff so much more when it's free.
You got a cute haircut😎🧶
Hi Glenda how do there price compare ?
The link to the Lucas yarn does not work…FYI
I see the link in your comment area and that does work but not in the description box.
❤
Does this company ever put their yarn on sale?
