This house is so beautiful. It’s like a dream and you can imagine yourself living there. I loved all the rooms. Each room had a different and vibrant colours and all different shapes and airy feel.

I like the way loads of sunlight and the surrounding natural beauty is peeping in through the large windows in every room giving each room an unique look and the feel of being in nature without the use of too much furniture
The backyard is absolutely stunning, but the inside is too modern and cold.

I can imagine them drawing my chalk line the right beside the stairs with one-sided railing lol the most gorgeous thing about this house is the backyard... The inside, while nice, the layout is very awkward to say the least. I can't see this being a family home. Even though it has a lot of space, I picture this home to be for a middle-aged single person with money to blow. This home is definitely not kid friendly.

The only thing I don't like about this house is the fact that you have to go through the gym to get to the master bedroom especially if that room is considered another bedroom I wouldn't want another bedroom attached to my master bedroom. Where is the separate entrance to the master bedroom? Nope too weird for me.
That could be turned into a sitting room or something, I think it's great for a nursery if you have a newborn you want to keep close to you

The stair case was way off as well I would feel like I might fall off plus just walking by the staircase it looks like you could run into it. I do love the yard but I’m sorry folks I would have to pass on this mansion .
That's exactly what I thought too! But you could perhaps turn it into a sitting room? Or as someone else has said, a baby's bedroom, then later on turn it into a sitting room. That way the sitting room is part of the bedroom 🤷🏼♀️

The only thing I would do different to this house is add another see-through panel to the other side of the staircase and change out the mustard yellow paint in the bedroom. I would also carpet the staircase.

The layout of the house seems a little weird on the main floor.Did I see a bedroom on the first floor? The kitchen island is too far from the stove and fridge. It’s supposed to be arms length from each other when cooking or preparing food. Needs to tear down some of the walls. Overall, it’s a nice house.
Freddie Orines the bedroom is a guest room. They’re usually in the first floor.

Nice house, lots of positives, great lot with gorgeous landscaping. Not a fan of the color of the kitchen island, would have went for a blue or dark grey.
I've never been a fan of a open staircase. Dangerous for young children or a pet. Would add a white or clear backing on the back of the stairs.

I cannot believe he sold this house! I went to his house when he was finished building it and asked him if he was going to sell it? He told me “never never” and he was quite rude and adamant about it. However, now I see he has sold it or is selling it and I am quite surprised I guess! 😳😳😳. PS. This man built this house with his own 2 hands!! It took him years! I am confident it must be built for life!

This house is awesome i really exspected more bedrooms but the master bedroom is bigger then my entire house. 3 things i didnt like one would be to slip off the stairs no type of railing on the side it should be.That kitchen island would go it sits out like a sore thumb i like greens and blues but not neon lime green.The grounds were breathtaking but you better have a lot of bucks for a professional landscaper or in a few months time it would look like a jungle lot of work there but beautifull none the less.Somehow i felt like it didnt show the whole house its huge but didnt have as many rooms as i thought and it looked like from the outside it would be more then the two levels or more on the levels it showed.I surely wouldnt turn it down if i could afford it but there would be a few changes .

For some reason the interior reminds me of a modern office, like what you'd expect the TH-cam or Twitter headquarter offices to look like, with the color block type schemes. Even the kitchen looks like an "office" kitchen not a "home" kitchen. I don't know it just doesn't seem to match the exterior.
