Unreal strength!!! I saw once a big guy ask a small guy at the gym to spot him with 4-5 plates on each side. The small guys said no ways I can lift that, sorry 🤣🤣🤣. At least he was honest.

@@tayzondayyeh they can anyone above the age of 15 could spot pretty well if they’re not dumb because when someone fails a rep the person who failed it and the person spotting are both moving the weight so it’s pretty easy to spot unless if the weight is absurd like this guys in the video which is rly rare
@@tayzonday if for example someone is trying to lift 200lbs for the first time, when usually they lift 150lbs - if they fail then the spotter only needs to be strong enough to lift the extra 50lbs, because the lifter is still adding force too. The only time you may need the spotter to be really strong is if the lifter is injured during the lift, or is pinned in an awkward position under a lot of weight, preventing the lifter from being able to fully assist the spotter in getting the weight back up

There’s plenty of cheap protein based food too, like Barebell bars, Shamrock protein shakes, and Ratio yogurts. There’s also these organic chicken nuggets at TJs for $4.99 USD that has 44g of protein and around 420 calories. Their chicken parmesan has 33g of protein each serving, and comes with two chicken pieces, so it makes a great meal if you eat both. That’s 66g of protein! And it’s only $6.99. If you ever want a cheat food, Taco Bell ain’t bad either. Doesn’t really bother a cut and def helps a bulk

I've been told that there is no way that I could have benched 315 when I was 16, but guess what, I did. I didn't take shit and I still don't. I didn't even drink protein shakes or take supplements as a kid because I thought that was cheating. Sure, genetics play a factor, but all in all, it simply takes real dedication and HARD work.
