2 Years man! Give the people an update on you guys, the boat, the build and what you guys have been up too. Always enjoyed your videos and in a current world climate of negative news and bullsh!t, channels and videos like yours are refreshing and inspiring. Cheers
I think they are just fine. They had a plan to circumnavigate but the world changed. I think they are off grid and invisible for good reason. Nothing they did but I think they have a strong grasp of where things are going. I hope they stay safe and invisible. Thanks for sharing the videos you did
Seeing your beautiful boat again made me remember so many of your postings while aboard her! Racing Stripe and all those delicious tacos and traveling friends made for some great viewing. honestly sir, I miss seeing you and Brenda doing that! Watching you build your home in Northern Idaho, not as much fun! Could you bring your boat North to a lake or perhaps along the PNW coast? If you end up selling her would most likely be the prudent thing to do IF that part of your life is over. I hope you don’t because you kids seem so much more satisfied when sailing! Thanks for this update!
After all these years, I enjoy your videos. Sailing, adventure, building, etc. I can't tell you how impressed I was last week as some friends all flew our RV aircraft out west from Georgia to see your neck of the woods. I wish I could have contacted you to say hello. We enjoyed the airport, Trinity, and the brewery before heading back south.
Thanks for the update. On finishing the house, don't stop. Just don't, especially don't stop to work on someone else's house, even if they pay you. I added years to my build doing that.
Glad to see the boat all safe. Really enjoyed the house building videos. And road building! Hope we get a few of those showing the land etc. glad y’all are alive well and busy!
We are at our remote cabin sandwiched between two wilderness areas below Glacier NP. Just returned from our first live aboard season after moving the boat down from Lake Michigan to Florida. Just my opinion but I think six months at each place dodging cold winters and hot summers is the way to go. Nice build, stick frame is definitely faster than log.
Nice to see all that you've been doing! Happy to see that you made it back to sv Adventurer and VERY Happy that she did so well in Northern Baja. Why am I so happy? because aside from being one of your Closest Neighbors (we live about 10 miles from your place, on a ridge a little east overlooking the BIG lake PO, that we built and just finished!!) AND We just bought a cruising sailboat in La Paz BCS and are on way to sail sv 'Star Hunter' to San Carlos in a week!! We've been watching your channel since Seattle and are supporters of all the great adventure and lifestyle you share! ...Two Bells!!
Oh no! Hope you haven’t stopped posting videos about your house build. Hope all is well and hope you finally got Starlink at your place. I’ve learned a lot about construction watching your videos. Please come back and post more!!!
I think I watched most of your boat adventures of course that would be those you published. I enjoyed them all. I know little about sailing but I would ask if there any large lakes around your new home to sail it on? We have Lake Champlain near my camp but I have no idea how large those sail boats are on that lake so I don't know if yours is too large for a lake that size? Things change and people change so my best to you and your wife on whatever you do from here on till the man in the sky says you need to come home?
You may already have done this: Before you go back to the boat, watch the movie "Catch 22" (if you haven't already) and notice the colorful mountains that are the backdrop for the airstrip. About 1.25 miles NW of San Carlos are those mountains. and the movie's airstrip should be faintly visible on the ground.
House looks like it's coming along beautifully. Guess we won't be seeing you again at any anchorages in Mexico. I think covid change a lot of things for people. I wasn't as excited to leave Canada for Mexico this season
Why not have the best of both worlds. I enjoy my homes in Penasco/Colorado and have and been doing it and sailing the sea for 20 yrs. Sail 6 months around the Sea of Cortez and enjoy Idaho for the other 6. The boat yard you’re at will shrink wrap so you don’t have worry about dust. BTW your build looks great.
I gotta build a cottage before I can sell house. Then can start my boat build. To many people sell everything to go sailing. Then the boat sinks and they have nothing to come back too.
Jeff (and Brenda), really hope you don’t sell the boat and can get back to cruising. Your videos have been some of the best, and continue to inspire me. I’ll understand if you have to leave the cruising life behind, but I won’t like it.
I am looking at buying either the Cooper Pilot House 353 or 416 for cruising the PNW. My partner is 6'4". My daughter's partner is 6'6". I read it has a 7' headroom in the pilot house?

The boats for sale in Rocky point Sonora Mexico saw it at the boat yard last weekend.

I've watched and enjoyed all your videos. I hope you both are well and happy. Thanks!

Just checking in with you kids, been way too long! So what’s going on with your new home? Still have the boat? Spill your guts Buddy!
Keep the boat, ship or sail it to Puget Sound, lots of good sailing in the San Juans and Gulf Islands British Columbia coast. Enjoy your episodes
WOOHOO
Where are you, Scooby Doo????

I am looking at buying either the Cooper Pilot House 353 or 416 for cruising the PNW. My partner is 6'4". My daughter's partner is 6'6". I read it has a 7' headroom in the pilot house?
The house is finished and bugger that youtube thing...?

Maybe I’ll go see the boat and make an offer.
Don’t know if I can come up as high as it’s listed tho.
What happened to you guys? Miss your videos

Did you sell your boat?
Are you considering to sell the boat?
