我喜欢吃蚝煎但是我不喜欢吃蚝，可是又要有蚝的鲜味（很麻烦的一个人...哈哈）。我觉得那个蛋和那个淀粉的比例要对才好吃，哪一个放多了，都不好吃了。还有辣椒的味道也很重要！

From the look of it both dishes looking so tempting. The expensive one looks more like Oyster Pasta than Oyster Omelette. Honestly I still prefers the traditional one. There are cheaper ones and taste great too. 😄

My fav traditional oyster omelette is definitely the one from chuey huay lim and chuey yu xuan. But very pricey 🥲

Miss Hippo I also love dried shrimp sambal reminded me of my mum who have passed away. She always makes those with Pete when she comes to Sydney now it’s just a wonderful memory. Unfortunately I cannot make those as neighbors will complain of the smell of belacan😂. Which ever food you decide to do next, I know I will enjoy watching. Keep it up Miss Hippo❤
