Thanks for the vid! Do you wash them again after seasoning? Or do you keep them oiled up?

Thank you. I purchased the Costco Henckels HXagon pans for a fraction of the price of the HC's. Sorry but they are virtually the same. I love Teflon mixed with stainless steel. I cook with Olive Oil after seasoning with Vege Oil. The Rogue Chef is a great channel so I like and subscribed immediately Sir.

thank you for your comment. I did look at those too as I love to shop at Costco. As you use them, let me know what you think. It would be interesting to compare the two maybe a year later. I looking forward to following up. 👨‍🍳

Thank youuuu so much!!! I wasn’t sure if I neeeded to season them since it says non stick and I’m glad I don’t have to put it in the oven

@@bigjuice353 Did you read the instructions that came with the pan? They provide direction on how to season/ wash/ and maintain the pans

The paper that came with the set said to season the pans. Should we season the pots as well? I would think so, but then if I’m boiling water the seasoning won’t matter, yes?

@@JennellMason I seasoned ALL of my pots and pans because I don’t always use the pots to boil water. I sear/braise meat and make stews. Seasoning also makes clean up easier. I boil potatoes and make pasta. Seasoning helps. I would recommend seasoning ALL pots and pans.

@ thanks. That makes sense. I do sauté onions and garlic and more in my sauce pots too. Didn’t think of that.
