Thanks for the interesting information. What is the air velocity at the air cooled chiller fan outlet? What is the diameter of the chiller fan?

It depend on manufacturer design. A lot of science plays here from heat transfer, fluid dynamic and thermodynamic and each manufacturer have they own know how design. I believe that the answer can be found in a book about chiller engineering and design. I am not really expert about that. Sorry
