Man i like that you dont act like your the best tech in the world and you not too serious. Ive been a tech since 1997 and always wandered why the chiller techs wouldnt help or talk to anyone. Now that i am in that position i realize they didnt know all the answers. When techs call me for help i tell them what page the answers on in the manual. In other words. RTFM
I love these training classes I can’t wait for the next one,one thing I wish is the techs that asked a question had a mic because it’s hard to hear them
@@HVACTIME “true” discharge line sat ? I guess I’d have to see it to understand. I’m trying to learn chillers on my own. I appreciate your content. I guess that would be great #shorts material. Quick how to’s on particular troubleshooting tips. I’m picturing on a scroll setup but I’m sure screws are different. But let’s pretend they’re not. So there’s a Schrader valve on the true discharge. I take a pressure reading there and a actual line temp there as well ?

My chiller circuit 1 keeps going off on high oil temperature.. I was thinking it’s possibly a sensor issue.

Discharge superheat ? Is that the measured difference between suction temp and discharge temp ? Delta T ? Or discharge temp - suction line sat temp ?
Discharge line temp - Discharge saturation
Its an indicator to compressor cooling and condition
