I came to this video thinking of listening to just a few songs and ended up watching the whole concert. Back in the 80's I used to listen to them on the way to go surfing.

I've spent 30 year in the industry and they are indeed rare. The cool thing about Paul is his uniqueness. He doesn't sound like anyone else. And, this is from an era when writing good songs was important. When I share this era's music with young people today, they suddenly realize there is more to art than sequencers and twerking. They actually hear instrumentation, melody, and composition, for the first time. Got to love the great rock bands for that. And Johnny Cash. :)
No... To call Paul Rogers the best singer is absolutely an understatement. He is a living legend and the other singers will forever be the N.2. There will never be a better one. Just like his band..
I just watched a spirit video "I got a line on you" and a very young Howard Leese was on it. there were so many different musicians on that video. Bob Welch, Skunk from doobie brothers, howard leese, so many others mustve been 20 guys on stage no joke lol
I probably listen to this concert about once every two weeks. I wait till the missus has gone to bed - stick my Les Paul thru a tube screamer (not too loud hey boys), get a carton of cheap wine and play the arse off it. I'm only 60 so i've got bags of time to grow up.

Paul Rodgers has to be the greatest rock vocalist ever (59 years young at the time of this concert), what a performance!! Mick Ralphs shows too, the great blues/rock guitarist he’s always been, and a top songwriter too, he wrote many of the classics performed here. The fact that all these guys were in their late 50’s and mid 60’s, proves just how great Bad Company were. The concert was on 8th August 2008 (08/08/08) and NOT 1988, as stated in the title.
Fortunately was at this show with friends while visiting my place in Florida. One of the greatest rock concerts I have ever seen and I have have seen the likes of Zeppelin, Doors, Stones, Blue Oyster Cult, Steppenwolf and on and on. This guy didn't drop a note all night long. always in tune vocally. Band was stellar. And the show is from 2008 as noted below. Can't believe it was 9 years ago.
grew up wif Mott but unlike most at home toook the Mick Ralphs path and thanks to him and his gibson sound and those biiig heavy chords I missed punk and have rode the hard rock trail for 45 years with a great big happy grin on my boatrace...bless them..wasted on the English...

And prior to that announced a one-off gig at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on 8 August 2008 would be done. Yes the band is great here. Mick Ralphs is in fine form. Simon Kirke provides excellent drums. But what makes this extraordinary is clearly Paul Rodgers. The vocals are perfect in every way. Powerful and perfect.

I have been to over 85 major concerts from the mid-80s through the 2010s and somehow I was never able to see Bad Company and I regret it
