Beautiful car, the mind boggles to think it's almost 90 years old 👌
One word: beautiful
What a lovely old car she's a beauty.
I had a 1948 P2 as a student in the early '70s and loved it to bits. It had been owned by a Rover employee and so was in pretty good nick. I agree about the dangers of the freewheel, nice idea but not with old brakes. Best gear change of any car I have ever driven.
I would listen to him all day long .
Wonderful old solid British car, like the colour too.!
Huge value for money, a lot of material in this very nice car.
That is one verry beautifull old Rover .
It shows again and again , if you care for them a Rover can outlast practicaly all other brands .
My 75 is just 22 years now , so it goes into its adolesence !
😄😄😄
Superb car.
Really is a lovely motor.
Fantastic
Yes, Rover were the poor man’s Rolls-Royce’ I once owned a Rover P5B Rover Coupe. It was like driving around in a ‘gentleman’s club’ on wheels. I am a bit of a connoisseur of luxury cars, but they don’t necessarily have be fast & powerful as well, however, my current machine is both - it is an XJ Portfolio, it has both!
Derek, with one of his Girfriends
Lovely classic. Those were the days! Must be worth £12,000.
14hp was the tax hp. In reality it would be about 50hp.
