I get really disappointed when I hear people say things like, "white people *SHOULDN'T* get dreadlocks!" I think your hair is gorgeous, I always have! Your "wild" look inspires me to continue the (semi) free forming of my hair. As far as the work place goes, I work in the health field training to become a nurse. No one of power has mentioned my hair *yet*. As far as being judged goes, being black with dreads and a nose piercing carries stigmas as well, which I hate! So I can empathize a lot with this video. Just wanted to say, people will always find something to have a problem with or be ignorant about. I hope you keep your dreads for a long time. Don't change your identity too much for the corporate world! Thanks for sharing!
Well it's because people are historically ignorant and also enjoy being reactionary..that's why they say white people can't have dreadlocks...I' m British ..what do they think Ancient tribes who roamed this island ,the Celts & pictish ..the very builder's of Stonehenge...most probably had various shares of light brown ,fair & red hair..Right across Scandinavia ...people with dreadlocks.Look at the ancient Greeks & Ancient Egyptians..their hieroglyphs very clearly show evidence of dreadlocks...& Pakistan..can't forget there .
Yup, that's completely racist to think that it belongs to some single race. Dreads go way further back than to the commonly associated community. Thank you very much, that's sweet of you! :)
its really depressing watching people who used to not give a shit about what people thought about them suddenly start conforming for all the reasons they said they never would.
Loose hairs look great. The combo is natural, and I like that the most about your hair. I used to crochet mine back in, but that made them too tight. I got a cornrow effect. Anyway, I had to cut them down because friction alopecia started to happen. I had them for 10+years. In my dreams, to this day (2 years later), I still have dreads. You are smart to keep the front hairline a little loose. It will protect your follicles there from the weight. Hairline dreadies undergo the most stress, but you know that. To me you're perfect, btw. Your attitude and look is beautiful. Take care.
Came here to see her dreadlocks but I can't really look at her dreads cause her face is sooooo pretty. Damn! Now... seriously, those dreads look amazing!
Being 18 and having piercings, I go out of my way to be super polite to everyone so they don't judge me negatively. Same with when I had dreads. Also, you seem so much more comfortable in front of the camera. Not so awkward (:
You have the most gorgeous dreadlocks I have ever seen. You're one of my inspirations for getting dreads. I just took them out less than a week ago. I've only had them on the bottom half of my head for a month, using the twist and rip method. They were starting to tighten up, and the top of my hair were also starting to dread. I took them out because the dandruffs won't go away, just because I made a mistake for putting bar soap on my scalp a few months ago. Plus, I am now studying Hotel Management which they ALWAYS mention about grooming. Like you said, I had to set my priorities. There are many times that I get really upset for not being able to get dreads. I love them, I really do. They're so gorgeous! But I guess you can't have everything.... :/
Oh my god, I just watched your "25 month-video" it's such a difference in you and in your hair. You were so shy back then... Hi hi! You're sooo beautiful and I love your dreads! I'm getting dreads in august, I'm so excited!
There what is called natural dreading, and the a where you let nature and your hair take its natural course. People can be as clean or dirty with their dreads, some people don't wash them, some do. My friend uses dry shampoo and washes hers about every 2-3months. Cara, had made dreads at a shop almost, 15 years ago, she goes and has them twisted every 4months. She's a head teacher, an hasnt had any issues in regards to her dreads, since accepting the post 4 years ago.
Thank you so much for the video! I feel the same way with my dreadlocks and past-piercings and you articulate your opinions so well. You are such a beautiful soul.
I love your dreads! Im into the "wild" look ,I dont like the perfectly uniform dreads as much..The natural look is great on you...thank you for sharing
Well, I totally understand your words on the piercings and people's perception on them (and on someone having them). I figured out just the same as I was getting older and more mature myself (I'm 32 now). At least on visible, facial piercings I totally get you. Other than that, I believe is just the same as... having dreadlocks! I mean, people will always judge one no matter what. And it's not like dreadlocks aren't visible or subtle at all :). Now, I think (I always did, I still do :)) that you worry too much about them! You're stunning, your dreads are actually beautiful and they suit you pretty pretty well. I believe the whole point of having dreadlocks is not to worry about hair (on a bad way) anymore, so I don't see the point on you feeling the need to fix the loose ends or the loose roots, for that matter (but hey, it's your head, not mine, of course ;)). For me they're all about being as natural as they can, just leaving them to do what they want, not looking all perfect. Just having a clean head and that's all :) I can't wait to start growing my dreads again, it's been such a slow growing of my hair (I'm doing freeform), but I must be patient! :)
Anna, do not EVER remove your dreadlocks you pull them all 100% you look like a LION. luv it. Did you use rip and tear method for your dreads? thats what i did.
i think when choosing options you always look at the good and the bad because if its a job you really like and your hair is not a big deal then take the job but it all depends on what you consider more important
You are so beautiful and your dreadlocks are are amazing. I'm considering getting dreadlocks but I'm afraid that people will look down on me when I am trying to get a job or get into a school.
+BlazerPazer72 oh okay I get it. I don't think that it would be worth the effort money and time too do them just too take them out to get real dreads. I think I'll just grow my hair out and get it done normally
hey!1 so glad to see you back ,your dreads look awesome as always,, but I would be a little careful going to a salon or what not to get those loose hairs pulled in I was going to do the same thing last week but after talkin to some people with dreads an the lady that was goin to do them it was a no go she was going to use a latchook an I got scared an so many people said noyt to do it so I left theem be an my dreads are almost 3 yrs oold an I too have tons of loose hnew strands but dreads aren't supposed to be neat an once you do that you always have to an I don't want thar well it was great seeing you ,,,,peace, love light!1..lenore,,,
How did you get the piercing hole to go away? I had my lip pierced, but haven't worn anything in it for years. Why is there no visible scar on yours? Is it just lighting in your video? Some kind of makeup? Help me out.
Your hair is amazing, you are such an inspiration to so many. You look great with or without body mods. Even with a few piercings, people still think I'm approachable. Maybe I should get more so they perceive me as someone they dont want to approach lol.
+Kael Molo Nope, she had very thin hair before. If you go to her channel and look at her very old videos she shows what her hair looked like when she just started them! Dreadlocks gather the loose hairs and the hairs that naturally fall out of your head so people often end up with very very thick looking hair. As you can imagine, after 5 years they've gathered a lot of her fallen hair.
You're so beautiful Anna. You sound like an amazing person & someone who has a kind heart! Stay positive & Stay True to yourself! Hope one day you're in California!
your hair wasn't especially thick when you made your dreads, right? I just have like huge gaps between my dreads, and it just looks like I have bald spots.. will that ever dissapear? (mine are only like 4 months old and I separated some of them because they grew together, and i really regret doing that) :(
did you get your ears back? I had size 14, and took it out, then tried to shove it back in a few weeks later, and it split in 3 places.... This was the best thing i ever did because you now can not even tell that i had it done!
Wow your hair looks sooo cool. I hope that when I complete my dreads and they mature that they resemble yours in some sort of way. Very beautiful. Peace.
I've always considered dreads, but even with medium-long, straight hair it's difficult to get the sawdust, dirt, and hay out after work, so I could only imagine how dirty my dreads would get after just even a day or two. (I'm a farmhand, I forgot to mention.)
can anyone answer why she's had them for 5 years but they are more on the loose side unlike some people who have them really tight? they look like lioness hair on her though and i love it!
I really miss the piercings!!! *pout* Do what you like of course but i think they balanced so well with the dreads, now it feel like something is missing.you should not take them out for others, but if you grew tired, the hair AND PIERCINGS WILL EFFECT YOUR DATING LIFE, I feel like my tattos and piercings attracted some and turned away others and a few times i was disappointed but now i know those individuals would not have been good for me. stay beautiful no matter.
A Rasta man goes to the bank with 25 pounds of marijuana and hands it over to the bank teller. Confused, the bank teller asks, "What's this for?" The rasta replies, "Me here to open a joint account man!."
I think she is stunning with them i don't understand the problem that people have with dreads, i think it really is about who you are as a person, expressing yourself as an individual, that is your style, it's what you like, Big respect! People should learn to be more tolerant of that. I see dreads as a beautiful natural thing, and should not be looked down upon in any professional field. People should just learn to accept that everyone is different and move on with their lives.
I like the way dreadlocks look. I'm more into the really formed ones though rather then the neglect kind myself. I don't think I could ever get them myself though because I hate the way my hair feels if I don't wash it like every 2 to 3 days.... I took my piercings out for about the same reason. People treat you different, plus they were kind of an upkeep.
Who cares if they treat you different, why would you even associate yourself with them if they're narrow minded. Just be yourself and make yourself happy!
i wish to have a dreadlocks but i only want them for a year or two )))-: they're basically impossible to de-dread after i dread them right ))))-: unfortunate for me ))))))))-:
Goodness you are so adorable and you make me crack up at times. haha I can tell by your locks that you have such a great personality! Stay you cutie. Much Love and Peace!
Dreads thicken your hair an unbelievable amount. I had a few among loose hair about a centimetre thick, and now they are about an inch thick haha and I do have this hair.
just so you know, "perception" is the noun and "perceive" is the verb, instead of "percept." the pronunciation sounds like "pörsev." i speak swedish but i know you speak danish so that last part may be slightly off.
Is there any way you could make a video about how you stretch your ears and how long you would wait to go to your next size after moving a size. How many gauges you used, or how you did it all... Lol :) Please. Your beautiful !
I heard if you rub small amounts of rubbing alcohol on your lobes they will shrink back to normal. Not 100% if it's true but doesn't hurt to try I guess.
If you don't take care of those three individually they will knot at the root of your hair and eventually make a massive not leading you to cut them out.

Hate when people think other races cant have dreads , u look like a princess to me lol very unique style
Yup, that's completely racist to think that it belongs to some single race. Dreads go way further back than to the commonly associated community. Thank you very much, that's sweet of you! :)
***** you are very mean..............................................and i am black
***** reserch it dreadlocks came from india if u don"t know
jayda subero Let her live her sad and short life.lol XD
jayda subero There's nothing to discuss with this racist biatch:))
I love your hair the way it is in this video. With all of the loose hairs everywhere makes it look so beautiful and relaxed. I love it
She’s literally one of the most gorgeous girls I’ve seen around. Legit.
its really depressing watching people who used to not give a shit about what people thought about them suddenly start conforming for all the reasons they said they never would.
great comment
I'm not stating that it would make me feel depressed though
You are glad to be back and we are glad to have you back and to see your beautiful face on youtube=)

She looks so ridiculously beautiful with those dreads, more people should get them :)
Came here to see her dreadlocks but I can't really look at her dreads cause her face is sooooo pretty. Damn! Now... seriously, those dreads look amazing!
Your dreadlocks are looking lovely as always. And you have some serious volume with them! Interesting to see you combed the tips out
OMG you're making videos again! That's awesome! I'm redoing my dreads...but this time i'm doing them naturally!
You are absolutely gorgeous!! And you look like a lion with those dreads, they look amazing on you. So jealous :(
Being 18 and having piercings, I go out of my way to be super polite to everyone so they don't judge me negatively. Same with when I had dreads.
Also, you seem so much more comfortable in front of the camera. Not so awkward (:
I LOVE how your dreads look. Love all the loose hairs around your face. They're beautiful.

Finally an update! Keep doing well, love. Nice to see you now and then. ^_^
Yay so happy! you don't seem sick anymore ! I like that you're more ramble-eey in this video
"nice and normal, princessy hair" XD
You are adorable. And you look furrkin' amazing with your locks, just like that.
So lovely to have you back and so happy!
Oh my god, I just watched your "25 month-video" it's such a difference in you and in your hair.

They look amazing on you, they bring out your jawline amazingly.
Hey Anna do you have pictures you can share with us from your vacation to Australia ?
I really envy your beautiful hair!!! The dreadlocks look amazing on you!! I just love it!!!!! xoxo!
No they don't
Joel Simpson Don't be jealous. If you don't like it, that's too bad. :P I do.
Iif I was you I wouldn't let anyone touch those dreads, they are perfection now
Your dreads are so beautiful! They're so natural, I love them :)
Do you have any pictures of you and your hair before you got dreads? I'd love to see what your hair used to look like!
I had dreadlocks for a year and I unfortunately had to cut them off not to long ago, your dreads are beautiful and they make me miss mine.
Everyone can west dreadlock !!!! It doesn't matter white or black
That's not very nice
+MiaCoolCat123 how's that not nice??
God, you're so pretty! I've had my dreads now for almost 6 months and I really hope they turn out as great as yours later. :D

Your skin always looks so perfect! What do you do for it?
Anna, do not EVER remove your dreadlocks you pull them all 100% you look like a LION. luv it.
Did you use rip and tear method for your dreads? thats what i did.
Exactly
i think when choosing options you always look at the good and the bad because if its a job you really like and your hair is not a big deal then take the job but it all depends on what you consider more important
You are so beautiful and your dreadlocks are are amazing. I'm considering getting dreadlocks but I'm afraid that people will look down on me when I am trying to get a job or get into a school.
Go for it 👍🏾
Get synthetic dreads first if you're not too sure yet, You can always take them out if you don't like them, or if your school/job disapprove :)
+BlazerPazer72 I'm okay but a quick question about synthetic dreads. How exactly does that work if my hair I have already isn't dreaded.
With synthetic dreads, all you do is braid them into your hair
+BlazerPazer72 oh okay I get it. I don't think that it would be worth the effort money and time too do them just too take them out to get real dreads. I think I'll just grow my hair out and get it done normally
you said you were considering taking them to a place to have them tightened up, where is such a place?

Your dreads are great! The journey is so much fun!
your dreadlocks are absolutely amazing, dont change them
You have such a beautiful energy & I love to watch your silly videos!
LOVE your dreads.. and you look so much prettier w/o all the piercings, just saying. Beautiful girl!
What method did you use to create your dreadlocks? I want to dread my hair and I would love for them to look like yours. Your dreads are perfect
Those are pretty thick dreads. Was your hair that thick when you started?

wild dreadlocks like this are my favorite! Beautiful, lots of zig zags, and wild. =)
your hair wasn't especially thick when you made your dreads, right? I just have like huge gaps between my dreads, and it just looks like I have bald spots.. will that ever dissapear? Really want to know the haircut you have and how do they settle like that do you just put them to the back
Wow your hair looks sooo cool.
I hope that when I complete my dreads and they mature that they resemble yours in some sort of way. Very beautiful.
Peace.
You are such a beautiful person. Thanks for being you.
I have a HUGE crush on you! Your videos are great, and as soon as my hair is grown out a bit I'll get dreadlocks too :) Love from Germany ♥
I've always considered dreads, but even with medium-long, straight hair it's difficult to get the sawdust, dirt, and hay out after work, so I could only imagine how dirty my dreads would get after just even a day or two. (I'm a farmhand, I forgot to mention.)
Did you do the locks all yourself or did anyone help you?? I really appreciate your videos for all the great info!
can anyone answer why she's had them for 5 years but they are more on the loose side unlike some people who have them really tight? they look like lioness hair on her though and i love it!
Hey there ! Have you ever used a felting needle to get stray hairs
They suit you so much, doll
A Rasta man goes to the bank with 25 pounds of marijuana and hands it over to the bank teller.
Confused, the bank teller asks, "What's this for?"
The rasta replies, "Me here to open a joint account man!."
This is literally the opposite of the video
You're a lovely person Anna and i think your dreadlocks are amazing!
Every time she would comb her hair back my heart would throb😍
I think she is stunning with them i don't understand the problem that people have with dreads, i think it really is about who you are as a person, expressing yourself as an individual, that is your style, it's what you like, Big respect! How many dreadlocks do you have? Because when I did mine I only got 13 and it looks too thin, I like how yours went. Please help!
you look so good with dreads! kinda jealous I can't pull it off like you
I'm glad you are back too!!
They really suit you, so fudge the princessy hair :D
I would keep them this way, they look so wild and free! I love it!!!
They suit you so much!! You look so pretty
i am a complet slowpoke but how did you make your dreads? what method?
If your ears dont shrink back to what you want are you gonna get them sewn up?
What foundation do you use? your face looks flawless! x
I love old punk style hair and clothing! G.B.H., Plasmatics, Cramps, Exploited, etc. now they had style!
They're beautiful and you look amaaaazing with them! I think I'd be a little sad if you took them out. :( You look so happy with them. :)
Goodness you are so adorable and you make me crack up at times. haha I can tell by your locks that you have such a great personality! Stay you cutie.
Much Love and Peace!
I'm really inspired to do dreads but I'm not sure my hair is thick enough 😩 your gorgeous and you seem really intelligent 💜💙
Dreads thicken your hair an unbelievable amount. I had a few among loose hair about a centimetre thick, and now they are about an inch thick haha and I do have this hair.
Personally I don't LOVE wild dreads, but you are so beautiful that it somehow doesn't matter.
Well done.
your seriously so beautiful omg
Did you ever crochet your hair? sorry if I have missed any of your videos :D
Great video by the way :)
I think she did all of them with the twist and rip method :) that's what she demonstrated in a video once
I love dreadlocks on everyone
Wow, you look so beautiful with your dreads! ♥ Are you gonna make more videos again? :-)
Hey, love your locks! Hope mine will be like that one day, too.
What do/did you study?
Xox
Is it possible to remove them? or would it ruin the hair?
just so you know, "perception" is the noun and "perceive" is the verb, instead of "percept." the pronunciation sounds like "pörsev." i speak swedish but i know you speak danish so that last part may be slightly off.
Is there any way you could make a video about how you stretch your ears and how long you would wait to go to your next size after moving a size. How many gauges you used, or how you did it all... Lol :) Please. Your beautiful !
i had 20mm tunnels and they stretched back down 8mm on my left and 10mm on my right, just be patient c:
i love your videos!
you seriously are the most beautiful person i have ever seen
We're glad you're back too! :D
I heard if you rub small amounts of rubbing alcohol on your lobes they will shrink back to normal. Not 100% if it's true but doesn't hurt to try I guess.
You are absolutely gorgeous and your dreads keep you from blending in. Awesome.
i've always wanted dreads and have recently given myself three, just to try it out, any advice???
If you don't take care of those three individually they will knot at the root of your hair and eventually make a massive not leading you to cut them out.
Impossible to only watch one of her videos. This is the second. I think I will watch a third. She's talking about hair I believe
Do you use anything to make your hair grow ? your beautifullll!
Looks a bit Like Bob Marley Hair You have Anna!! :)) Beautiful!
i love how soft looking they are :)
Anna April Do you live in England now or something? I just watched one of your first dreadlock videos and in this one here you sound very British! :)
