Cloud Cuckooland, a strange world. What I mostly remember is that the islands are spread out a bit too much (which makes traveling on foot more of a hassle), the annoying flat enemies (although I do love the cash register sound effect), and Canary Mary.
World 8 is easely my favorite world. Such a strange world. It has a very mystical feel to it. Also, as weird as it sounds, it always kinda reminded me of Magicant from Earthbound. Did anyone else get a Magicant vibe from World 8 the first time they went there?.... No?...Just me then.

@aiwashiga Grunty's Code Vengeance only takes effect with cheats that open note doors, open world doors, or affect the overworld in a way a switch of some sort would. Plus, Bottles gives you a very clear warning.

Awesome cliffhanger. And yea, this world is hard at first, but after you do certain things, it gets super-simple.
