SO! Deco’s songs are generally very vague and filled with wordplay and riddles, or vague lines that can have multiple interpretations… so here I assumed the most first person/she’s talking to the listener and tried to leave it all open to interpretation!

＊Ah, I don't like this = 厭 an interjection basically meaning “no” “don’t like this” “don’t wanna” etc, I was gonna go for a very simple “Ah, ugh” but figured that wouldn’t have much... meaning. It seems reminiscent of the 愛や厭 line from MKDR
＊deco spelt “echo” with “silence” and “orphan”
＊and “enjoyable/fun” with 樂 -- which is very close to the regular kanji for fun (楽) but can also mean music
＊The peekaboo line is probably the... oddest line - but I think it’s possibly a reference to this line from deco's crime and punishment: “I’m nowhere to be found, be found, be found… bah!” (peekaboo in Japanese is literally “not here, not here... bah!”)
＊”missed hitting ‘NO’” is probably a reference to this line from Ghost Rule: “Though I'm sure that "NO" is what I try to say, Strangely it comes out as "YES"” (quoting decentsubs’s translation)

If you compare the lyrics closely with Ghost Rule's lyrics, it sounds like this person is the person on the other side of the relationship described Ghost Rule.

I think I’m ready to take a crack at interpreting this
Possible R6 references aside (never played whoops) I think this song may be about the painful process of breaking off a relationship that was destined to fail, with the singer wanting to make the other person feel like the whole thing was a mistake.
The first verse seems as though the singer is working up the nerve to say what they want to to the other person, followed by the interaction they have (“There’s no way that’s true!” “You’ll understand, won’t you?”) with the singer going 嗚呼、厭 in their head as it progresses
Then the first chorus happens. The singer manages to say that they don’t want this to last forever, and encourages the other person to retaliate (probably to help end the thing between them). It’s finished off with the most repeated line, saying that even together the love was never complete and that they (they as in both of them, or just the singer) should’ve said “no” to it in the first place.
The second verse is a little stranger to try and interpret but it seems to start out with how the singer is reacting to the breakup they’re trying to do (getting all dizzy and whatnot) and then it transitions to the English verse, which I’m assuming is the singer blurting out things to try and get the other person to either fire back (pun intended) or give up and let the breakup happen. The prechorus seems to be part of this, as I took it to mean “it won’t matter which one you choose, the results will be the same, so just rip my heart out”
The chorus that follows seems like the singer getting more desperate to make the other person push them away, calling their love “weak-minded” and asking more explicitly for the other person to hurt them
And then it repeats, ending with the most repeated line about how they were never whole from the beginning and should’ve ended it before it started

At least, that’s how I interpret it

Can I just point out that DECO has said that quite a few of his songs are based on his own experiences? A lot of his songs recently have been about abusive or unhealthy relationships. DECO, what did you go through? Who did this? Do you need someone to talk to? Also, how did I end up relating to a lot of my favorite Vocaloid producer's songs?

I really want to hear happy songs from Deco *27 that conveys a positive message, whether about something great that happened his life, or how great life is, or how miku feels happy in a specific situation and not these type of dark songs.

My interpretation of this song, is that it isn't about a unhealthy relationship happening- But one that happened, and how it is affecting the singer. At least, the lyircs really fit with it in my view.
Because the abuse is all they ever knew, it would be really hard for the singer to actually enjoy a normal, healthy relationship.
"Come on, properly fill me more with anxiety", "I’d like you to act your part at peek a boo", "Come on, answer to what I ask more properly", "Come on, make it hurt more properly", "Going so far it’s no longer funny, is surely much more enjoyable" can mean that the singer is teasing their new partner, expecting they will do something bad to them. Because no one ever answered so kindly, the singer would feel disturbed and hurt, as they aren't used to this sort of treatment. They are used to the abuse and anxiety. This is new. This is different. And new things, are often scary.
"It’s “incomplete”, I’ll say it time and time again" can potentially be reffering to the fact that the abused happened for so much time that the singer now is not used to anything else, and thus, feel "incomplete" without it.
It also seems to refer the inability of the singer of keeping up a relationship due to past abuse in "I don’t want to harbor a love that will never end".
Fun fact, someone in here said and I quote "Can I just point out that DECO has said that quite a few of his songs are based on his own experiences", and Otome Dissection seems to go a similar way this one goes.

It was an issue with youtaite and Hazuki and some other person (black cero? idk) and basically Hazuki, very immaturely, went about saying Rachie, a youtaite, should credit their translations when making translyrics for her covers. Fair enough I guess. But they did it in a way that was incredibly stupid and without attempting to contact Rachie in private. They just decided to threaten and call her out in public on twitter (nice one there mate.) And it escalated to Cero making memes about saying Rachie should kill herself and overall being incredibly immature about the issue which, truthfully, didn't require his involvement. So it upset tons of people, and my retelling isn't perfect (a bit biased towards the one who *didn't* use public callouts rather than reaching out privately like a decent human being) but it's the gist of it

Too early for anyone to have theories :'(
My theory is that it's about the most difficult and painful parts of the composing/producing process. Lines about something being "incomplete" and perfectionism, along with references to his past songs, make me think along those lines. The "Going so far it’s no longer funny, is surely enjoyable [written with the kanji for music]" line also sticks out to me, because it seems like DECO is talking about how something supposedly enjoyable (music) can end up getting overwhelming. The line, "Come on, answer to what I ask more properly" could refer to the difficulties of using Vocaloid, in particular, and feeling like the software isn't cooperating. I even think the imagery of shooting could mean that DECO gets so frustrated with using Miku that he wants to shoot her lol.
Of course this song might be about something else (a painful relationship maybe?) and I'm way off base. But since this was released for the 10th anniversary album, I like imagining it's related to Miku herself in some way. I guess the beauty of DECO*27's songs is that they are so open, anyone can come up with their own valid interpretation :)

Don’t worry, it's no pressure and I won’t force myself. Ash Walls I think "let me get the ace" mean let them to "shoot" her / or let them hurt her (like in the illustration being pointed by gun, but not literally shoot by gun), and" heart reinforce up to end this game" can be mean warn her to prepare her heart to "end this game" (this song themes is broken relationship, i think it mean to "end their relationship")
