Can I just add that Lani is giving off great work ethics vibe.
Can I be among the best 10 in Nigeria?
And the talent today shouldn't stay the same as yesterday.
    Really inspired.

When Lani said I do a lot of analysis including personal analysis, I was like 'Yup!!! E dey show'
This episode was quite educating. Bisola really is the best in this game!

I think everyone at the table needs to understand that Lani doesn't need the fame to be bankable. His bankability is proven in how well his movies and shows can make for the producers. Beyond even changing lives and thought processes.
Being bankable is being able to make the money for the brand. How you go about it is relative to what you do and who you are. You can be bankable behind the scenes as well

Thanks guys 🤗 It was awesome watching you all and listening to this enlightening conversation. Erm… so Lani is married now? 😩 Here I was gazing lovingly into his stylish disheveled craftsman look 🥰
I have taken a lot away from this conversation. True to what Lani said, which Ese also mentioned severally, it is better to identify one’s strength… Not everyone needs to be an influencer. Else, who will remain as audience to be marketed to. Some skill set such as Lani’s will naturally attract the “social media numbers” later on, so no need to actively chase that in my opinion.
    Man, know thyself.
Thanks Lani, Ese, Tomiwa and Bisola 🤗, let me go and really identify my strength and work on my craft 🚶🏾‍♀️🚶🏾‍♀️🚶🏾‍♀️

Omoooo, this was such a brilliant, quality conversation!!!
That ending part about "see finish", omoooo, so true. God help all of us... It's also important to trust the experts (accountants, PR experts, etc) so that your brand can speak of good quality.

This Episode is so deep that I actually feel like Brands should learn too and keep their own integrity for influencers to be willing to work with them.

Why are some Nigerian brands rewarding notoriety? For instance I am still wondering why brands such as Obi Cubana's Odogwu Bitters is dealing with a loose cannon and one hit wonder like Portable as an ambassador. Is that guy really bankable or are they after his nuisance value?
