My favorite Mario Cart was Double Dash on the GameCube and my fav track was SO Waluigi Stadium! Lots of jumps, obstacles, and drifting-moments to keep the excitement going!
I'm quite surprised that besides Coconut Mall, the Booster Course Pass Tracks aren't brought up once. I think Engineer would love Choco Mountain purely for the music.
I don't like rainbow road but I don't loathe it either infact I find it hilarious because despite how irritating it is and I'm not falling alot on it I know others are falling as well or worse and it makes me laugh its a good troll track and as the saying goes misery loves company.

@@PootisMayo You needed to drive around the whole thing 3 times. Which takes more than 6 minutes to complete. The most recent Mario Kart rendition dumbed it down a bit by splitting it into 3 sections, and you can't do that shortcut like in the original.
My favorite Mario Kart Track is Airship Fortress and my least favorite it Rainbow Road on the N64 version (Because it's way too long for a Mario Kart Track. Thank God it was fixed in 8 and 8 Deluxe)

Who remembers Skylanders Superchargers? In my opinion it has some really good tracks, like Tick Tock Clock and the fossil one. Hopefully Nintendo collabs with Skylanders to get one of those tracks in the Booster Course pack.

From an objective standpoint, Skylanders could make sense among the roster and the tracks would also fit, and from a subjective standpoint, the Skylanders series is beloved by many people who would be ecstatic to see Gill Grunt driving through the Electrodrome.
Cheese Land feels like bland desert, cheep cheep beach has too many creatures in the way plus there is no road, Dolphin Shoals platform before the eel sucks
I don't truly have a favorite track but there is a track I find funny despite being irritating and that is rainbow road reason why I find it funny is because people rage on the track and I fail greatly on it to but I don't rage and just laugh at the misfortune of everyone including myself.

I personally love Dry Dry Desert but it’s a bit hard to decide really.
My is rainbow road (double dash version) and waluigi pinball (Nintendo ds version).
For me, it's a tie between Rosalina's Ice World, Royal Raceway, and Ninja Hideaway.
I greatly enjoy GBA Bowser Castle 4. It's the most challenging of the two-dimensional layouts of that archetype, so it's my favorite, hands-down!
