Myself (Dan Hendriksen PGA Pro), Will Farley (Pro) take on the 2017 European PGA Fourball Champions Paul Hendriksen (PGA Pro) & James Ruth (PGA Pro) in an all pro's match at China Fleet Golf & Country Club.
China Fleet Country Club is a superb 18 hole, parkland golf course designed by Dr Martin Grant Hawtree, located amongst 180 acres of beautiful Cornish Countryside along the River Tamar. At 6551 yards, the course is fairly long compared to some other courses in the county, and as it is situated right on the banks of the River Tamar there are some interesting holes that stay in the memory. It is quite tight, with several holes requiring accurate tee shots to hit the lush fairways. The 14th & 16th holes across water are quite a test of nerve from the tee. China Fleet has played host to the EuroPro tour in the past, which is a testimony to the quality of the layout.

Really enjoying this match guys. Will, keep your relaxed attitude up and you’ll go far. I’d like to see you play a few low pitch and run chips though, you’ll need them when you’re playing in The Open. Love the banter, that’s what it’s all about, enjoyment!

Great video, good mates who happen to be very good golfers, having fun and still playing great golf. Bit like me without the great golf. Golf can be fun and still be played well.

Great clutch putting Dan...way to hang in there! How Wilbur played on after back to back shanks is remarkable. If that happened to me...pretty sure I'd have a meltdown :(
Wilbur's chip from the front of that green is a 6 iron all day..... IMHO....
Enjoyed the golf, and the banter. I think Will could have bitten a steel bar in half, after leaving that putt short. Great control of his emotions, that will help him later.
This has been fantastic golf Dan , you guys need to pull off some proper golf the last six holes. Can’t wait to watch them.
My favorite line was Dan calling Paul “Giggle Boy”. I enjoy it when brothers can give each other some friendly chirping like that. Sounds just like me and my golf buddy of 20 years. Will is playing quite well off the tee, just needs to close the deal with the short game.

Word to the wise Dan ... don't talk your partner into putting when he'd rather chip. I hate putting from off the green unless it's maybe 300mm and the pin is close. Looks like Wilbur is the same. That aside, good to watch. Maybe some analysis on Wilbur's driving would be something of interest to us all. :-)

Great content as always. I reckon in the new year you should do a ryder cup special Dan, Wilbur and lester team Europe James Lee and Paul team USA. Do it over say a month and have the whole shabang fourball foursome and singles. Would be some absolutely amazing games of golf and be amazing content
Oh Dan. Schoolboy error there getting Will to play the long putt that you liked rather than hit his own shot. Well done Will for keeping a smile on his face 😉 Mind you, he will forgive you after those two clutch putts for halves. I laughed when you said you, "felt a bit twitchy".
It's a tough school when birdies don't win holes! It's also reassuring to know that as a 10 handicapper that tour pro's lose balls also! Thanks for bringing a bit sunshine during these short days lads.

Great series of vlogs! Tip for Wilbur: if you're gonna putt from the fringe just slide your grip down a smidgen (so the bottom of the putter brushes the top of the grass) - sorted! 👍

I am appreciating the great camera work in this vlog. It is nice seeing multiple angles from the tee and approaches to the green. I'm not sure if "I've got the clap" at 19:38 means the same thing in UK as it does here in the states, but Dan may want to have that checked out.

been watching your video's and am surprised by the number of barbed comments that you all make to your 'friend' Wilbur about his weight.
Love the content on this channel but please can you back off on the quips about Will’s weight? Appreciate they are made in jest but they can be interpreted as playground bullying.

How can you in this moment recommend a put from the thick and wet turf? Maybe you are a coach, but you have to realize the mental sight of the game in such a moment..... @@jimmyyruth21 i agree, a 9 iron is the club i probably would stick here.... But Wilbur had his idea and took the wedge (he is closing the club face so that his loft is down like a 9 iron) , so he shall play the shot he decided. Wilbur has s excellent instinct in what to do, he knows the right shot.

Lesson learned Will, don't putt from a different postcode ! It wasn't the hardest chip either but you need to give it a good hit with a putter from that distance. 8 iron for me every time but I'm crap (HI = 9.1) so don't listen to me ! Its a tough task to play a guy on his home course but he is one handed with Lost Ball Paul on his team !
420 yards, 75% of amateurs would have a difficult time getting there in 2? 🤔 99% of us amateurs don’t forget to bring our clubs if we are headed out for a round of golf. 😉
