@@TheAwakeningAngler I've been up once, for some flathead jigs for opener. He has so many blades its unreal. Should have just bought then. I'll have to call and see when he'll be up there.
Excellent video. Thanks for sharing your technique with us. Love those kind of videos and learn something every time. It was nice to see both techniques at the same time side by side by you guys. I was wondering about Don’s technique also. Killed two birds with one stone. As the saying goes.
think of the different styles as tools in a tool belt. one of those tools will fix the problem, you just have to go through enough of them until you find the right one
How much fun !!! Gorgeous center console !! & great tutorial!! Appreciate the free lessons !! I’ll get it eventually!! 👍need the titles for your books & where to get them ?!! Also want a couple T shirts but shopify is confusing :(
One thing I also noticed while walleye fishing is that an hour or so before prime time, I tend to hook a lot of them under the jaw which almost indicate that they see a dying bait fish and pin it to the bottom to save it for later because they are not really hungry yet and also wanting to hide it from other fish so they don’t lose a easy meal. I don’t know how accurate that is but that is the conclusion I have came up with over time.
The dog/cat description is spot on!..good video...keep your tip up!

youre theory is as valid as any other and seems to make logical sense
Never thought about starting with a finess presentation and getting more aggressive presentation.
Can you do a video explaining the cadence of jigging jigs or blades please
nice job
Thanks for the vid!
Had a center console very similar to that
Don's is a great boat to fish out of
Good information.
thanks Phish
that's it . I'm coming up next week.
🤣
Wow that's a violent rip he has. Whatever works
it's all about triggering a reaction bite some days
Swans (I think that's what you said) do fly!
👍
What reel are you using with the x matrix? I thought I saw a Revo X in one of the other videos.
Any idea when you're going to get your boat back
Hope to hear something this week 😊
Gonna have to try mixing it up a bit. I think I tend to pop the presentation too hard.
every day is different, they will tell you what they like
Them walleye things can be slippery eh?
slippery little suckers
