What’s nice about lime is that no Bluetooth connection between the phone and scooter is needed, as the lime scooters are all equip with an LTE connection
In respect to limes, have you noticed the charge drops fast when unplugged and shows completely different charge than on app when you server it? their app that keeps score of % charged is so buggy and broken...it's very frustrating to charge limes just prepare for that because they keep a score/rating and won't release more chargers unless you have perfect serves.
Here's another tips to charge fast, the standard bird charger is 42v 2amp= 84watt. U can charge faster using a dc to dc boost converter. Set the charge voltage to 42v then set the charge current to 5amp that's 210watt which is gonna cut your charge time from 4 hour to 1hour 20minutes.
Hope you claimed all the scooters in the back of that truck. If they show up on the map and I see this shit ima be pissed I wasted my time coming there because you hoarding them.
I am not sure I understand, please enlighten me. ..If you pick up scooter at 9:PM take them home and charge them but you have to return them all charged up the next morning (how long do you have before you have to return them?) by a certain hour ? if it takes 4-6 hours to charge one, wouldn't you have to have a bunch of chargers to charge 50?
Hi. What happens if you find a Bird that is at 0%? If it has no battery then I’m guessing the Bluetooth will not work for you to capture it? But since you are supposed to capture it before moving it what happens after you start charging it can you capture it then?
In my area Lime scooters are released slowly after 9 pm. I actually pick up more after 10:30 to 11:30 pm. I like it because it’s not a mass release like bird. However is this normal or will Lime start releasing all Limes at 9 like BIRD. I also pick up in the morning also for Bird great tips in your video. But I haven’t found a Lime for pick up during the day. Now I know the battery needs to be below 30%
Ok ok so say its 8am and you're out and about looking for scooters. You find some and take them home to charge. They're ready by 2pm and so you release them. Will you get paid the same day?
I'm a lime charger, the app(Android) has issues with limes not showing up on map or dissapearing. Do others have this issue, just in Android? Does the bird app have this issue? Only in juicer mode I have problems seeing them pop up on Google maps.
How low does the batter need to be on a bird to charge? Is it true that if you pick a bird in 95% you won't get paid for it? Can you point me to the right direction. Thanks.
Oh yeah some nights if I'm not really working I would snag one and ride around then just cancel task and leave it for different charger to grab, or keep it and charge it later in the night
@@boxosmoke it depends on which market you're in,for new areas like releases a scooter that has a different charge cable than bird. Established areas lime has Segway scooters which uses the same cable as bird
I've been charging for a couple days and been paid the same day on the weekdays Monday- Friday but do they pay the same day on the weekends? I'm thinking bout charging some scooters tonight after I get off work
From the scooters they charge last night I have not been paid today so maybe there is the delay over the weekend.. unfortunately if that's the case then there's going to be a delay through past Monday as well because of holiday.

RideIntoCash they are now $60 before tax and shipping, someone needs to come up with a 3rd party charger that works and could make a killing by undercutting their price
@@FrStreetnc no limit in app, but I wouldn't recommend grabbing more than 3 per cable unless you find some fully or close to full charge ones then snag those because it'll be fast to charge
Thanks for this video.. so when you said "these are going to be released the next day" . How long can you hold them before release ? Like if i find 20 scooters can i just release 10 one day and 10 the next? if so why discourage anyone from grabbing a scooter at 4am? Just tell them to wait til the next day to release it? Just trying to understand. i havent started yet.. Thanks
Sir. Darryl Lime-S scooters have to be released by 7am otherwise the company reduces payout by half if late drop off happens. So if you get a low battery scooter at 4am there is no way to have it charged and released on time. It's different for BIRDS, although the app has been updated and they now mark on the list of captured scooters a thing saying drop off before 7am and when you pass that time it considers it a late bird and locks your account from capturing any more scooters
aaaah ok. I havent gotten my Lime chargers yet but the Birds are on the way and thats what ill be using. So this is good info. Do they give you anymore penalties? or is stopping you from picking up birds the only consequence? Also if i pick up a bird at say. Noon. is it not late until the next day?
One more question. you said something in here that i didnt know (or I misunderstood) . After 9 pm are you saying that ALL of the limes and birds are available to capture? Like the company does not want them on the street no matter what their battery is? Or is it only the ones that have low batteries?
Sir. Darryl At 9 pm in my area Lime allows all scooters to be picked up to then be charged and juicers (name for lime chargers) can release the scooter when it is at above 95% charge. Around 9:05-9:10pm all BIRDs become available to picked up for charging and released after 4am
Thanks. i did not know that . i always thought that only the ones under a certain percentage could be picked up? SO QUESTION.. why not go to the app as tho you are looking for birds to ride.. see where there are LOTS OF BIRDS..and do that around 8 30 . Go there.. wait until 9 and just scoop them all up in one swoop ?
Omar Garcia wow you must have really high electricity rates... I pay 8 cents/kilowatt hour and each battery pack has roughly a 350ishh watt hour battery capacity, so charging a completely dead scooter to 100% is 350/1000 = .35 kWh so charging one scooter for me is .35 * 8 cents = 2.8 cents per scooter charge from 0-100%
E Me same. Well I used to until Bird fired me for “moving a bird before capture” which is complete bullshit cause I was doing exactly what was said to do and the job is so fuckin simple how could anybody mess up charging a damn scooter? Fuck bird lol. @birdgraveyard on Instagram is the shit 🙏🏽
