Thanks ME TV for airing Christmas Flintstone today Dec. 25 so I could enjoy this simply charming and perfectly brilliant song. I was 4 when the episode first aired Christmas Day 1964 and this tune is a classic in my book. Enjoy!
Not only do I miss the 1980s, I also actually miss being a young kid and growing up throughout the 1980s as well. Great memories, great times and great entertainment as well. We had just about every single program on back then, especially when it came to the holiday ones.
Watching this in February and longing for Christmas. I miss the holiday season so much. My post-Christmas blues is lasting longer than normal this year.
Usually, when Fred sings, he is intentionally tone deaf. This is one of the few times that Alan Reed actually got to sing in tune... and in character! Unfortunately, in future projects, he would be doubled by Henry Corden, who would end up taking over the voice of Fred after Reed's death.
I miss my childhood so much, Christmas was so much more magical back then
Tell me about it 😢
I miss the part where he worked at the gift wrap service. That was my favorite part as a kid.

As brilliant as the Christmas Carol episode was, I always liked this one more solely for this song.
I love this Christmas flintstones classic
One of my favorites!!!!
I just noticed that they are going around a great, big, shiny aluminum Christmas tree. And it’s painted pink!

Christmas is my favorite time of year
I have to watch this every Christmas eve.
This episode was in a promo on one of my old Jetsons VHS tapes.
This made me cry. Maybe joyful tears .
Saw this on WGN Chicago Christmas day when it was brand new.
Arguably Fred Flinstone at his best.
