Great vid Saki, your usual high and useful standard. It would be nice if one could INCREASE the brightness of the AOD. in a dark or unlit room the light sensor closes it down. That for me, renders it next to being useless.

The S.pen isn’t a deal breaker but kind of like them, had a note 4 and used sometimes. I really don’t want to wait another year for note9. Please , what do you think, strictly in the techk sense. Tasha Sallie Yes, the case is pretty sturdy and will protect your phone from all 4 sides. It does raise a little above the screen from the top and bottom so your screen will be safe in case you lay it down flat on the table with the screen facing down.

Hi Sakitech. Something strange has happened with my Note 8. When I open an app or page I can only view in landscape. It will not remain "upright" in portrait. Any ideas out there?
My only problem with my note 8 = the finger print sensor .. even after almost a month of use I still constantly touch my camera lenses. Even with a dbrand skin and camera cover. And with the notr8 even the smallest smudges on the lens are very visible when taking pictures. Thankfully I mostly use faceunlock and sometimes trusted voice zwhich finally works now!* If you are using NOVA *DISABLE* the option that claims it allows you to use "ok, Google" as a hotword. It does the opposite and blocks voice unlock on the n8 (exynos)

+Javad Backer Note series rarely slow down, ever since the Note 5. The S8 and S8+ have shown signs of slight lagging overtime which is easily fixable, but Note 8 overall is more robust.

Hi Saki. My Note 8 doesn't give me the option tho measure Stress and Oxygen. Heart Rate sensor does work though.
You have to add it from within the Samsung Health app.

the send msg and read msg reciept option only works if the person your msging has same carrier as you.
and you go into your advance messaging from your message app to enable it.
