Hey man, I really love the overall message of your video. I'm 33 and been dealing with a lot of mental health problems in my life, lately I have been feeling like my life is over. Hard to discribe but it feels kinda like I'm tired of swimming against the current for so long and now I'm just floating until I inevitably drown. But you reminded me that this moment is the youngest I'll be for the test of my life, and I want to enjoy that moment, make the most of it. Thank you for reminding me of that 🙏 I do have some constructive criticism, if you're open to hear it. It's not enough to really want something. It's necessary for success, but it's not sufficient. I know because I really wanted things in my life, I had opportunities, I'm pretty smart, worked hard for them, and never got there. Not even close. "You can succeed in anything if you want it bad enough" is advice you only really hear from people who're already somewhat successful, given to people who are not. And I get it, it sells and it sounds empowering and hopeful, but I suspect it's not true for most people. It's honestly quite delusional. I can see how having that belief can give you the confidence to go for what you want, to really commit, but it's false confidence. Once the belief starts to waver and doesn't match up with reality, it can really break peoples spirits. It did for me at least. Anyways, I didn't mean to take away from your positive message. I love it. Just thought I'd give a different perspective that never gets talked about. Best of luck with your channel, business and everything. Peace brother ✌️
So true. I'll be 30 early next year and unfortunately I feel like I've somewhat wasted my 20s studying and trying to make a lot of money, but I feel that I've actually underachieved/underperformed. My net worth isn't that great at all for my age, and I just want to get my 20s back. Folks who're younger than me, trust me on this, renew your passport(s) and go book some flights. Have some interesting stories to tell. I lived in different countries around the world earlier in my life, and I think I've took that for granted. ALL of my interesting stories are from 15 years ago or older memories...It means I was more of an interesting person back then than who I am today, sadly.
