I like how they just crushed the light bulbs with the lift instead of simply removing them first. Very smart
Oh yeah, let's just sit there for 5 hours and remove 2000 light bulbs (that are probably burnt out anyway)
Theyre vintage limited bulbs and they didnt need to remove all of them dipsht just a few where the forks were sitting.
Or at least figure out how to rig it so there's no damage. Heck, if it's worth paying 12k for, it's worth getting a rig made to help move and sit it on the trailer. Just like, no thought went into their method. Drag it out and throw it on the trailer. 😂 Just like someone else said. More money than brains.

I had pretty much the same bike(51 Pan)its called a suicide clutch, jockey shift, mine was 10 over spinger, 21" front tire..no front brake. I road it 956 in a miles to Sturgis SD in 1989. Bought as a basket case in 1986 for $2200. I know times have changed, but you got robbed Dude.
‘Suicide Shifter’ is a false term. Suicide clutch description is a motorcycle with a foot clutch/hand shifted motorcycle with no ‘FRONT’ brakes. 👍

Well, that was the parking lot,,, thats why they trailer motorcycles to Sturgis. Most have tattoos and mega bucks into bikes they really dont ride.

The bike looks & sounds good enough, a very clean replica of a bygone era but it’s only good for show or to ride couple blocks to your favorite pub on Sundays. The ‘Evo’ engine looks out of place to me.
I was surprised Rawlings still bought it after riding it... I think he has too much money but that’s his money lol. Even the most ‘hardcore’, old school biker wouldn’t never take that thing on a long trip. It just for display…
Growing up in the early 60s and 70s, I hung around older boys from my neighbourhood who were chopping down Harley trikes and side cars (bought at police auctions & army surplus).
Many of those chopped bikes had a foot clutch, a hand shifter (3 forward & reverse 😎) usually on/by the gas tank or the jockey type. Rigid frame and a kicker of course. But if you want to use the term ‘suicide clutch’ rightly, you have to have these 4 things on a motorcycle:
1) 2 wheels (no side car or trike)
2) A ‘foot clutch’
3) A ‘hand shift’
4) NO FRONT BRAKES
My own ride is a custom built (2008), with a softail chopper frame (Rolling Thunder), an S & S shovelhead (93ci) with a foot clutch and a jockey shift and a front (disc) brake, NOT a true ‘suicide clutch’ set up.
Having a ‘foot clutch’ & a ‘hand shift’, doesn’t make it a ‘suicide clutch’, sorry. Some even call that set up a ‘suicide shifter’. I saw a product called a ‘suicide shifter’. The clutch lever is on the shifter (stick) instead of handle bar. Not cool…
There is nothing suicidal about a hand shift/foot clutch combination if you have brakes on the front wheel. The ‘rocker foot clutch’ is something else but basically the same. Some like it better.
The reason it’s called a ‘suicide clutch’, is because with this set up, the rider can't stop on an upward incline for a street light, a stop sign or for any other reasons unless he has a buddy riding along behind who would put his front tire against your rear wheel to hold your motorcycle from rolling back.
Hand shifting a motorcycle is not dangerous or that difficult and it’s ‘cool’, I love mine, but without front brakes, it could be ‘tricky’ at times to say the least.
I lived through those times and it’s just my opinion and there’s probably more to it. You can call it whatever you want, this is fyi only😎.

I find nothing appealing about that bike. It’s ugly. And nothings in the right spot. The shifter is not forward enough. The bars are way to small. The rake is all wrong. Just not a good bike.
