My folks had a 1973 Ford Country Squire wagon. The rear cargo deck was split down the middle and opened up to reveal opposing 'jump' seats. I loved sitting in the back. No seat belts back there as I recall.

My mom drove a couple Ford Country Squires - a black '62 and later, a deep-blue '70 Country Squire LTD wagon.

Station wagons were the original "suvs" we traveled from Massachusetts to california in 1961on old highway 66! We had a new ford ranch wagon, i was a little kid , it was cool !!

Mat ... just looked it up and it seems they had a variety of wagons over several seasons, but they all look like Mopars in a similar shade of brown.
I thought it was a Oldsmobile Cutlass Cruiser or Buick wagon

Oliver character is what put a end to the show, not long after he joined the cast show got cancelled.
I also had a wagon like that when I was a kid.
Wow seeing them together brings a smile great they keep in touch all those years the wagon looks great should kept it orginal but look good wonder the others cars are still around

all i can say is wow they got old much faster then i did , i used to watch that show religiously every friday night at 7:00, and gilligans island was on at 6:30 bobby is only a 3 years older the i am and he didnt age well at all

@@marcuscross6840 I would guess Barry Williams if he actually commissioned and paid for the car. In reality it was probably whatever production company is promoting the Brady Bunch products and it will have been paid for by them as a promotional tool with Williams also being paid to lend his name and image. I’d be surprised if it’s genuinely his car or his input in the design process. Car will likely have done some promotion by now ended up in a museum or auction.

I watched that show growing up but didn’t remember the wagon looking like that so I looked it up. Sure enough it was all brown. I thought it had two tone paint and wood grain on the sides. Guess I don’t remember very well lol😄

Actually I preferred Jan over Marcia because of her hair but Marcia seems to have aged a little better. Oh well.

I completely agree. They restored the house, why not restore a pair of cars to go with the house. If you focus on ‘69, do Dodge Coront wagon and a Plymouth Fury convertible? The family got new Chrysler products every season until they switched to Chevrolet products for the ‘73 model year.

I had similar Air Shocks fitted to a vehicle of mine years ago and found that with a single air line made for one shock pumping up the other when cornering. To eliminate this problem I fitted one line and valve assembly to each shock.

Really couldn't figure out the 3rd seat???? With the internet easy to find an example and photo/video the thing!!! Surely there is a museum or car club or collector with the same vintage car.
$50 for a Chrysler workshop manual delivered the next day.
Sure you can find people with the 3rd row seat, but if you have one in your ride, you don't want to part with it!

they go thru all that trouble to make the house perfect in every minute detail, then bring in rawlings, who was to lazy to do it right, and created a clown car that was no where near the original

@@tommurphy4307 paramount had very little to do with the renovation, or purchasing the car for renovation. So it could of been left on the property. There is a lockable garage on site.
I would have rather has seen a restored perfect station wagon from the show instead of this Frankenstein special.

My one nit is seeing an 8.5" C clip rear end, I'd figure one should toss an 8.75" pumpkin style unit in its place.
Otherwise; job well done and, yes I kinda sorta like that brass colored paint job.
