    Hi I’m still confused about the battery protection settings?? You answered a comment below about this but referred to “H1, H2 and H3” but the settings are H, M and L? It’s not clear on the website, instruction manual or anywhere really which of the 3 settings protects the battery the most, and at what voltage the fridge will cut out on each setting..

    • @summetj
      @summetj  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      All I know is that H1 is 9.6v off, H2 is 10.1v off, and H3 is 11.1v off, so H3 is going to protect your battery the most.

    • @grimmers1992
      @grimmers1992 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Thanks for the explanation. I have a question: the fridge doesn,t work when I stop the car. I usually connect it to a portable powerstation, but I,d like to connect the frige directly to car battery when I stop for a short while. How can I do It? Thanks in advance

    • @summetj
      @summetj  ปีที่แล้ว

      You have to find and connect to a circuit that does not turn off when the ignition is turned off. The biggest danger is that if you forget and leave the fridge on it will drain your car's battery and then you will not be able to start.

    Thanks! I just bought the dual zone T-50 w/ LG Compressor and wanted to calibrate the temperature reading and couldn't find any way to get to the E codes other than your video. Your power/settings button, release power while holding the settings button triggered the E codes and that is where I can calibrate... E6 is the code needed to calibrate I believe. The Alpicool app doesn't allow for this adjustment as far as I can tell.

    • @summetj

      This particular model does not have an internal battery so requires an external battery or power source to run. I believe they do sell a different model that has an internal battery. If you put a blue ice packet in to freeze it would act like a cooler between power stops.

      Este congelador en particular no tiene batería interna, por lo que solo funcionará cuando se conecte a una fuente de alimentación externa (batería de automóvil de 12 V o adaptador de CA). Funciona como refrigerador cuando no está enchufado. Necesitaría un banco de energía externo con una salida de 12 voltios para alimentarlo.

      H2 10.1V off;11.4V on
