Was 2100 blitz, rage quit today after losing 10 continuous, thanks for this video, you gave me newfound hope. Really appreciate it, good luck with everything you do. -From a newfound fan of yours
Thank you!! I can completely relate to your rage quit. I think I posted a video a couple years ago called "I HATE my bullet chess addiction" or something, and I was pretty tilted in that hahaha, and I've also quit chess for 6 months in the past when I was really done with it. But there's a reason we keep coming back to it. Good luck with your own grind, and glad to hear the video helped!! I'm streaming daily on youtube rn so maybe catch you there sometime!
Hahahaha damn right Anders ðĪĢðĪĢ I've somehow got hooked on the idea of Classical 2500 (which would be top 5 on lichess lol), but let's see if I can do it!! Hope you and your chess has been going well too!
@@ChessLifestyle the classical pool is easy, people don't take it seriously, so you won't get much training from it. Easier to cheat as well obviously. I've played some preparing for lichess4545, that league is still going strong. As for me, we've just had a newborn so naturally taken a step back! But hoping to get back out there soon, been studying a bit here and there with the Chessdojo training program.
@@anderslundback Wow congratulations!!! And glad to hear you're keeping chess fit by playing in lichess4545 :) Also I'll keep your warning about Classical lichess in mind... so far I've had some nice games from it (and no cheaters, I think!)
guys don't be deceived michael is wayyyyy taller irl, I felt like a midget and I'm 6'1!! serious note the alarm and morning routine, very insightful - I believe it's all to do with baseline dopamine levels - the saying never quarrel before a chess match is true.. it messes up our dopamine and ruins focus, great content - keep it up!!
Bahahaha am I giving off Naroditsky vibes? (Can you believe Naroditsky is 6'3 ðģ) But yeahhhh the stable alarm setting is so good! And damn right about avoiding arguments before chess, just gotta keep as level headed and focused whenever you want to take the game seriously!
