Loved the powerpoint time stamp in the description. Great help after watching the video to be able to go back to certain pinpoints.

Another great video. I really enjoy your video’s and I’m learning a lot. I have prostate cancer I’m a 3-4 and have had an MRI, CT and Bone scan. From those my cancer is contained in the prostate. Now considering radiation treatment. Thank you

Similar situation here. I'm a patient with Prostrate Cancer Oncologist (Dr Scholz). HDR Brachytherapy scheduled for August. Did you get a PSMA Pet scan?

I had a similar diagnosis 2-yrs ago, I had proton radiation therapy, my PSA prior to radiation was 14, 1st PSA test after radiation PSA was 1.14, next PSA test was .8 trend is definitely lower, I would definitely recommend proton radiation therapy.

Before you get pressured and coerced into ADT, make sure you get ALL THE FACTS..
...how much benefit of overall survival will be obtained by adding ADT???
How much harm to your quality of life does ADT cause??..And don't believe the drug company sales propaganda that the side effects of ADT are generally well tolerated. They are not, and many men find ADT effects horrific and quality of life destroying.
...and get a clear answer to expected testosterone recovery after completing ADT??
Doctors deliberately withhold recovery rates and never warn you that up to twenty percent of older men will NEVER RECOVER their testosterone level above castrate level and remain castrated for the rest of their lives.
Once you are fully informed, then you can make YOUR decision before giving free and informed consent. Only you can make the difficulty decision, and be sure to explore alternative ADT meds that may have less harmful effects.
Best wishes for your treatment outcome.
