I thought it was that part before it switches the first time, where it looks like he's about to complete a yellow group but then puts the puyos on a stack instead (it looked like a misinput), but no, that wouldn't have created a combo, so that was probably on purpose (and what I interpreted as a misinput was actually the player taking a split second to take in the situation and then having to act quickly before it was too late).

for the second chain: do you see on the left side there's a green that goes into yellow into green & blue popping at the same time into yellow? that's what I assume is the intended chain. the accidental chain is what actually happens when he pops the yellows on the far right
