Finishing the rotating cross led dot matrix DIY kit - no happy end

In this video I finish the rotating cross led dot matrix diy kit. Although it is finished and most of the kit is working (after fixing some issues), it is not displaying images. My guess is that I have killed the processor by measuring some voltages and accidentally touching the data pins with my probes. I will order another kit and see if it works better.
In this video I will also tell a bit about all the things I did to debug it. If you have an idea about what might be wrong, please let me know.

I cannot imagine why anyone would complain about your English as it sounds just fine. Even though the kit didn't work properly it was still interesting to follow along with the build. Have a happy holiday season!

Good work it was nice to see the end to this build. Its a shame that these items are sold without the correct documentation. Its good to see you try to debug it and I hope you have better luck with your next kit. Your english is a dam site better than quite a few you tubers who have english as their main accent. How is the beer coming along?

Your having the same issues as Myself and several others I would like to invite you to Watch the video The ceptimus made .
He had found that a lot of the processors boards where Some what defective in accepting the Programming ... But he can Explain it all much better
