    Thanks for the video! What are the conditions that need to occur in the integrated online store to trigger the abandoned cart workflow in Campaigns? We have it configured using WooCommerce, but only those customers who attempt a purchase and the payment fails are making it into the Abandoned cart workflow in Zoho Campaigns, instead of all online visitors who add an item and abandon. What information needs to be captured in the store to be able to send the abandoned cart emails?

      Hello Nick,
      Thank you for reaching out! Basically, if you have an online store and your customers have agreed to receive marketing emails, you can sync their information and purchase history with Zoho Campaigns. This helps us track their activity on your store and allows you to set up automatic emails for abandoned carts.
      However, we understand that it's important to be able to send abandoned cart emails to people who visit your store but haven't signed up or made a purchase yet. So, we're working on a solution to make this possible too.
