You did a great job explaining the program! I love ❤️ WW! It’s a great program. I can still eat normal and what my family eats I’m just more mindful about what I put in our bodies. I’ve been a lifetimer for 4 months. I too go to all the meetings I can. With 4 kiddos sometimes we have emergencies. Since becoming a lifetimer I’ve continued to lose weight I have my own personal goal. I’m also the youngest in my group and I love it. I learn so much from the other members. They are my friends now. And I couldn’t do this without them. Good luck the next two weeks! I’m sure you’ll do great!

I love WW! As of Monday I've lost 50.2 lbs. It's a completely sustainable program. Do you think you lost more by not eating your weeklies and fit points??
@@geniecemadonna310 Digital only I got a deal the first three months I paid $19 total. And now I'm paying $19 a month. I will say it's completely worth every penny! If you look online it's easy to get a deal when you're first starting.

I so needed to hear this as I have been really thinking about WW. 8 years ago I gained a massive amount of weight following a cancer diagnosis. Between meds, depression, stress, inactivity... the weight jumped on. Sadly, my youngest daughter was homeschooled at he time and she was right beside me for it all. She gained a lot of weight. We would both love to join WW and attend meetings and utilize app. Is there a two for one price or family plan?
Pris A Hi!! I know your question wasn’t for me, but I did decide to join about 3 weeks ago and I’m down 10 pounds-without exercise (I think I will start exercising next month). I’m on the blue plan and I’m very happy with it. I was having so much trouble losing weight-unless I cut out carbs, oil, and sugar. I would lose the weight, but couldn’t keep it up. I have found this program exponentially easier to stick to. I hope this helps.

4603echandler Hi, I have taken a long time to work out this system. But I have found keep your weeklies for treat days. If you have a special occasion use the rollovers as well. It works well to be under daily points for about four days of your week. Generally you can just ,maintain if you eat all your daily points all week or ,Albert two over here and there . It seems you really do need rollovers to loose. At least that is whatI have found. Go well.

Great job on the review. I am back on WW; 2018 was hard on my asthma and had to relie back on the Prednisone. Yep gained all my weight back, due to the continuous weeks of Prednisone throughout the year. Now that my allergy shots are now working for me, I needed less of Prednisone this Christmas. It is good to hear the new changes. Hopefully, in two days I go in to get weighted. I liked the meetings, bc there is no judging. BTW you look great.
I’m a big guy, so I also started with 50 something points. I’ve only been on it for a short time. And I seem to have lost a little bit my first week, but now on week two I’m not continuing the success. When I saw that like chicken, fish , legumes and veggies with zero points, that’s plenty for me, so I would eat those in generous quantities. I mean, I have a big appetite, that’s how I got here (savory foods are my weakness in the first place, not sweets). I like keto and I've tried a few different systems (never WW though so I'm always intrigued by WW). Choose what fits your lifestyle best. What works for one isn't always the best for another. I eat clean, whole food diet, finally managed some portion control too. Combined with good hydration and varied exercise program you will lose the weight. Good luck!

I really am afraid of failing WW because I've gone at least 7 times, starting when I was 16, and each time gained back. OK my question......do you eat beef? We have our dairy farm and our own lean beef. Also, I've cut out so many carbs and to go back on something that a nutrionalist would recommend, blows me. I like the thought of putting good carbs back into my body and lose weight while doing it. I know I need help. Am 80# overweight and just try to keep my head above water!!

I have been on WW since June 30th and am down 21 pounds. It works. I was a skeptic, but it does. I am on the blue plan. By week 2 I was finding I had way too many points .. lol ... I had to find things to eat and I wasn't hungry.

I like this concept but I can't see why people pay to have WW basically count their calories and carbs for them? We all know what a healthy calorie intake is and that we should limit sugar and processed food (such as WW snacks). And if someone doesn't know all the info on eating right it's readily available for FREE. It's common sense stuff. I know that some people need the meetings but I just googled it and found several free weight loss support groups and a zillion online communities. I guess I just see it as a waste of money I'd rather spend on a new wardrobe! But if it's working for people that's great.
How long have you done keto. Give it long enough to make it a routine. Grass is always greener and all that. I like keto but now I've got into the right habits I portion control, and eat clean / whole foods. Good luck with your journey
I was on Keto and lost 25 pounds. Despite cheating on vacations, holiday and recovering from surgery I didn’t gain any weight back. BUT as I’ve been on my Mexican cooking mode then definitely been off Keto Again! Decided just to go with WW and am amazed that a lot of the foods I’ve been cheating with are considered free points! Obviously, limiting the fats which i love will be an adjustment for me now.

I started WW a week ago and most days I don’t eat all my points because I eat many zero point foods. If I’m not tracking the zero point foods (no points) how do I know I’m not eating too much? I really worry about it. Any advice or thoughts?

The only thing I don’t like about WW (I’ve been doing it for 3 weeks) that healthier food is higher points then a lot of bad food is low points. Like I don’t eat dairy so the butter I eat is super high points and then that spray butter with so many chemicals it is awful for you!!! And it’s low points. Just frustrated at it sometimes.
You can get pure oil spray. olive oil and rape seed oil. I use rape seed oil for every day cooking. You can buy a spray and fill it with the oil off your choice.
There was a lady I saw who added butter/ghee, grass fed beef and avocado to her zero point foods cuz she believes they are healthy for her yet too high in points on the ww program and is still losing weight. I also know people who don’t eat anything fake or low fat and just adjust and really use serving sizes.
I am a professor of nutrition. You have been conditioned to think of things as bad and good. Everything is a “chemical” so that’s illogical. Everything is nutritionally less or more dense not bad or good.
I didn’t find NOT pointing avocados helped me loose weight. Eating whole foods seems to be the best. Cutting sugar right down. I don’t drink sodas either. I don’t eat cheese that’s something personally that keeps me healthier
I have a question! So I don't have to eat all points (daily)? I can save them for a special occasion? One more question! Can I have 1 cheat meal once a week ? Will o need to add it on the system ?
Wendy Armstrong they calculate your healthy range of weight linked to your height and you can decide the amount from that range. They will not let you set a goal where your BMI is considered underweight!
Great explanation of WW! I’ve been Lifetime THREE times! 🙁 But this time I’ve been Lifetime 2 1/2 years. 👏 Yes, Lifetime is HARD!!! You think, “Hey, I'm at my goal weight, now I can stop ‘dieting’.” WRONG!
Is 23 SP really the lowest the program goes to?? Shocking. I just started WW yesterday and I started out with 23 SP exactly. I'm 154 lbs trying to hit 140-130. I wonder what happens when I lose more weight..
Here is the the thing that always bothered me about maintaining and their 2 lbs rule. How does that work for women whose weight can fluctuate up to 10 pounds depending on a medical condition that causes edema or you’re on your period?

I just wanted to ask how long has your weight loss journey taken? I ask because I think I have over 100 pounds to lose. Did you feel like your weight loss was consistent on a weekly kind of basis?

Would you say weight watchers is better suited for those who have a harder time cutting out certain foods?? I am REALLY considering starting because of your Instagram and these videos. But I already started eating healthy. Cut out fast foods, pop and most sugars. Someone help me out. Btw great job and thank you for the inspiration!

I like this concept but I can't see why people pay to have WW basically count their calories and carbs for them? We all know what a healthy calorie intake is and that we should limit sugar and processed food (such as WW snacks). And if someone doesn't know all the info on eating right it's readily available for FREE. It's common sense stuff. I know that some people need the meetings but I just googled it and found several free weight loss support groups and a zillion online communities. I guess I just see it as a waste of money I'd rather spend on a new wardrobe! But if it's working for people that's great.

I’m doing keto now and really debating on switching to WW
How long have you done keto. Give it long enough to make it a routine. Grass is always greener and all that. I like keto but now I've got into the right habits I portion control, and eat clean / whole foods. Good luck with your journey
I was on Keto and lost 25 pounds. Despite cheating on vacations, holiday and recovering from surgery I didn’t gain any weight back. BUT as I’ve been on my Mexican cooking mode then definitely been off Keto Again! Decided just to go with WW and am amazed that a lot of the foods I’ve been cheating with are considered free points! Obviously, limiting the fats which i love will be an adjustment for me now.
how do you calculate points, when you make a meal at home? For example a sandwich or chicken that includes a bunch of different ingredients...?

I started WW a week ago and most days I don’t eat all my points because I eat many zero point foods. If I’m not tracking the zero point foods (no points) how do I know I’m not eating too much? I really worry about it. Any advice or thoughts?
I've heard that the zero point foods have so few calories that you could eat a lot of them and it doesn't make much difference. I think you're fine.

The only thing I don’t like about WW (I’ve been doing it for 3 weeks) that healthier food is higher points then a lot of bad food is low points. Like I don’t eat dairy so the butter I eat is super high points and then that spray butter with so many chemicals it is awful for you!!! And it’s low points. Just frustrated at it sometimes.
You can get pure oil spray. olive oil and rape seed oil. I use rape seed oil for every day cooking. You can buy a spray and fill it with the oil off your choice.
There was a lady I saw who added butter/ghee, grass fed beef and avocado to her zero point foods cuz she believes they are healthy for her yet too high in points on the ww program and is still losing weight. I also know people who don’t eat anything fake or low fat and just adjust and really use serving sizes.
I am a professor of nutrition. You have been conditioned to think of things as bad and good. Everything is a “chemical” so that’s illogical. Everything is nutritionally less or more dense not bad or good.
I didn’t find NOT pointing avocados helped me loose weight. Eating whole foods seems to be the best. Cutting sugar right down. I don’t drink sodas either. I don’t eat cheese that’s something personally that keeps me healthier

How is goal weight determined? Do they give you a suggestion or do you choose?
Wendy Armstrong they calculate your healthy range of weight linked to your height and you can decide the amount from that range. They will not let you set a goal where your BMI is considered underweight!
I am doing ww freestyle on line. Can I still go to a meeting or do you have to pay extra a month? Online is $20 per month.

Is 23 SP really the lowest the program goes to?? Shocking. I just started WW yesterday and I started out with 23 SP exactly. I'm 154 lbs trying to hit 140-130. I wonder what happens when I lose more weight..

Here is the the thing that always bothered me about maintaining and their 2 lbs rule. How does that work for women whose weight can fluctuate up to 10 pounds depending on a medical condition that causes edema or you’re on your period?
