Great video! I’ve only been playing for a few months. That’s always been my struggle. When to release and at what height depending on my position on the table and what is the table conditions (bouncy or hard table surface).

More times than not with a higher release point, the dice are going to land harder & slatter away from each other creating a more random roll thus, allowing for more 7 opportunities to occur.

Good video, Fam. The only thing that I dislike with the Parr, & GTC toss Techniques is that there’s too much dice scatter after contact with the backwall.
In my opinion, the dice should be no more than 3-5 inches away from the backwall after coming off of the backwall, & both dice should be closely cropped together ( no more than 6-8 inches apart)
THAT’S what I consider TRULY Controlled Shooting, & that is what I strive for on each , & every toss.
Granted, I toss a totally different toss technique which is considered unorthodox, but the dice lay down like two flat tires. Like a Persian rug. Like “ Simon Says”, & the “ Pitch Control” is Spot on.
    At any rate….. Nice video!
    Continued success, Fam!!

What dice setting do you use?Do you have your arm straight? At what angle of you arm when you release the dice?

What I noticed from the high release, is that it is not as forgiving as the low release, and definitely not suitable for hardway tosses that land close to the wall. You need to land back at least 12 inches.
