this is hard and tilting build to start with to be honest. Try hexblast mines if you had break from this game. You will have a lot of more fun because they are literally S+ tier and do not need any special item to do whole game content, including uber bosses.

Im having a probably running anger, grace and precision, like 50 mana i know i need to hit monsters for leech but just feels clunky on the regen and i cant place totems have the time cause my mana is out in boss fights
Yeah the guide I used wasn't this one but I just leveled it yesterday and it said use herald of ice precision and either haste or grace. So I'm using grace. But I have almost no mana. If I'm able to shoot something I am usually ok but it doesn't feel good. Also having no health is a pain because leech just isn't enough.

Kinda confused about the precise technique tree/skills/gear. The Blood Drinker life mastery is only useful if you have no life mods on your body, but the gear suggests to use Daresso's Defiance. The farsight bow mastery also uses the blink arrow cooldown reduction, but there's no blink arrow in the skill setup.
Some of the other LA Deadeye builds I'm seeing are suggesting we level with Rain of Arrows during the campaign, then swap to LA once we get the +4 arrows. Any thoughts on if one is better?
Dont think thats necessary. Even TyTyKiller suggests leveling with Lightning Arrow, even if you wanna switch to Vaal Ice Shot later on, as stated on different Starter Build Guides that can be found here on TH-cam. So i guess leveling with LA should be ok.
Tuna leveled with ROA untill 3rd lab. It feels great, you dont need to use lesser proj and rushing into +proj and piece. But if you not rushing and like to use your endgame skill asap - LA from lvl 12 is a solid option.
Hey, very new player here (played the campaign before the league and now nearing the endgame). Didn't understand what is the bottom line regarding Vaal lightning arrow, can somebody clarify? I have one, is there a downside for me using it? should I swap to a fresh normal LA?
Vaal Lightning Arrow gives you both the regular and normal version. If you slot that gem you will see a skill you can put on your bar that has a blood drop icon. With most skills it's just a beefier version of the normal skill, not always the case though. Vaal skills only work once you have killed a certain amount of enemies to charge the vaal skill. There is no downside but sometimes they aren't worth using.
Why use yoke of suffering? From my understanding, the increased dmg taken on enemies from yoke of suffering is additive with the increased dmg taken from spiers mark, and you already have tons of increased mark effect. Or am i wrong?
Not a big difference on tree. Both spec into crit rage setup. Just decide you go ROA from lvl 12 and switch to LA after 3rd lab, or you want to use LA asap.

@@doomeduser4048 ROG is POG. At least you do dmg in 3 elements and can take strong mastery "Enemy cannot block you attacks". Insta leech mastery also solves "cannot leech". If you get immune to some element - you can still do damage.
i dont understand the thing with the artillery ballista. How do i use it? t There are not enough number of sockets for two 6link + auras in this setup. Can anyone explain?
6 link on weapon for the LA and supports, 6 link on the chest for artillery and it's supports. You can only have 3 auras or else you won't have any mana. Just put them in your helmet.
hello i just downloaded the game and been following this since yesterday i have a question where can i find a gear that you are showing esp weapon im currently level 60 and dont know much of the gearing mechanics
You can either craft your gear yourself (extremely complicated for new player especially for low IQ) or you can just buy decent cheap gear on trade market
@@G00R00 You keep Focused Ballista, but for acts i prefere Faster Attacks for Ballista setup, so you just put ballista and run. You can put Barrage in LA setup instead of Mirrage Archer.
I don't like focused. I don't see the point of it. If I drop them I want them to shoot things. In a boss fight they don't have to know I'm shooting at the boss to shoot the boss.

most heatshiver builds tend to go for phys weapons or phys spells and then convert it to cold to use the maximum benefits of hatred along with gain phys as extra cold. since lightning arrow converts 50% of your phys damage to lightning you cant really do that.
@@rkingfarmer there are so many good ones, I don't think there is a "best". RF has been my personal favorite, but lightning arrow has been good for a while and I want to try it while it's still strong. Jungroan just published a video about playing RF but going cold dot that seems really fun, too

I ran vaal ice shot last league and never needed artillery ballista, and was farming deli maps, and legion, and expedition and everything.

I did a lvling run with RoA and swapped to LA only after getting +arrows going into Map after 3rd lab, felt amazing.
I will be leveling with LA because something in me has a deep hatred for rain of arrows

Vaal LA adds single boss DPS since that’s when youd use it, not necessary but it is a nice little buff

I have mana issue with this build. You can't place all your totems during boss fight and loosing ton of dmg. Running Grace, Anger, Precision.
I had same problem til I bought rings with -7 mana cost on them, they arent too expensive

Not the best based on my experience, lots of remnants affect it negatively. But it's doable if you know how to gear up your character really fast.

You could if you have spare mana and jewel socket. Dread banner is huge value in getting to evasion cap of 95%/

Far shot is too much damage for leveling and bossing. Pierce is not that much worse for clear.

Don't use focused ballista. It gives more pob dps but ur uptime nosedives when bossing which is when u need them active.
