I’m sure you know, but the modifiers that you have on the enemies: if you clear that pack, you then have a chance to get positive modifiers in the next zone.

A Newbie's Perspective: I just started playing the game and have a basic grasp of how to play and level a character. But, excluding the Uniques that you can trade for, how do you obtain the Rare equipment-items shown in your POBs? Most new players will not have nearly enough currency to craft these items. So how do we get these specific items (or does it even matter at the beginning levels and acts)? I'm at a loss... do we just simply farm for items that are somewhat equivalent, or just use what you find and not worry about it...
I would guess that possibly the number of the item's sockets, socket colors, and the links appear to be what's most important when it comes to what equipment to use. I also see that the skill gems and support gems (and how they're linked) forms the basis of the character build. But, does a weapon's damage or attack speed matter...?
Sometimes, when good/experienced players do these build guides (with all good intentions), they seem to lose sight of what it was like when they first started playing this complicated game. Questions I have are: why did you pick the item(s) that you picked, how do you modify the basic stuff you find to make what you need?
Please don't misunderstand my comments as complaints. Slaydra, I really appreciate the details you have provided and the time it takes to invest in putting these guides together (and you've done a better job than most of the other "well-known" experts that I've tried to build a character from their build guides). But this "beginner's guide" seems more geared towards the player trying to rush to end-game before the current league ends.
Us REAL newbies (and most 1st-time players) need a guide that starts from the beginning, with a step-by-step on how to build, level, and equip their character(s), in addition to the helpful act-by-act walk-throughs, and the "why you are doing what you do". A guide like that would help us to build a decent enough character to farm the items and currency needed, and also give us the experience and know-how of to make a different, more powerful character when we are ready for "endgame" and any of the new league mechanics. I've often wondered why haven't one of the experienced players done a "true beginner's guide" using the Standard League (with no time warp or rush before the league ends, to worry about), detailing the basics of gameplay, character build-crafting-trade mechanics, and then jump into basic mapping and other advanced gameplay. If this kind of guide exists, I haven't found it yet...
Any-hoo, I plan to follow your guide(s) for this build to the end, and try to learn as much as possible, with the hope that I'll end up with character that can accomplish some of things I spoke about above. Thanks again for your efforts and generosity of sharing your knowledge and what you've learned.

Sure can, there are some new things like the necropolis monsters, but so far its not super different, however we will try the new Ice shot and Elemental Hit gems

Thumbs down. This is false bait. This is not a "Necropolis League Beginners Guide". Host doesn't even know anything at all about Necropolis league. Rather than play and learn it before giving a blind leading blind guide. And even giving completely incorrect information to beginners. I'm sure there's some great info in this guide. But everything about it is a load of BS in regards to what the title says. If you don't know wtf you're doing, then don't make a guide for it. Actually play a week or so, and get a good understanding of it.
I’ve used all his guides and they’ve always helped me as a beginner. If you can do it better make your own videos lol

What did he say that was false. I am currently very new to POE. I have been using a GhazzyTV WitchNecroZoomancer build and it has been great so far. If you look back to this guy's previous videos this is not the first season he has gone out of his way to do this. I'm not understanding how he could possibly be giving false information with experience like he has. But what do I know.
@@JSDRB I already said the title is false. He knows absolutely nothing about any of it in this video. This video was released the first day it came out. When nobody knew anything about it. Including host of this vid. So wtf does experience with anything that has nothing to do with it have to do with anything? He has no clue how any of it works.
