A warning to avoid unnecessary chopping: the indicator of variegation is not the leaves but the stem. As long as the stem is variegated, more variegated leaves are likely to keep popping up ; so only chop if you no longer see much variegation on the stem rather than on the leaves.

I got a reverted burle marx. It doesn't variegated at all. I bought it cheaper than the green version. I still love it. I will try to get a variegated one, that looks better. I'm not in a big hurry. I do see alot of people saying it's unstable.
Your is so beautiful. I had mine for around 7 months. Found it on Esty. $140 I’ve made several cuttings and sold them. I just don’t understand why the plant is so expensive it grows like a weed. New. Sub.
Was it small when you got it? I got one that has 2 big leaves, 1 coming out and 2 poking out of the soil.. I’m just wondering how long it will take to get big!

I’ve just gotten a v.b.m. in the post today and it’s got a lot of variegation. The most recent leaf has some green speckles but the newest growth is a full moon. Any tips on how to encourage stable variegation? I love the way it looks but I’m worried I’ll only get full moon leaves and the plant won’t photosynthesise enough 🙈

I have one and I'm dead set scared that it's reverting. I bought it with 2 leaves beautifully variagated but now its only pushing out yellow leaves. What should I do Memo??? please help x
what do you shine your leaves with that is safe and not clog the pores so the plant still has oxegon
Do you have a moss pole for your burle Marx? I’m not sure how my very healthy cutting will grow as I never saw the mother plant.

I bought a deeply discounted one just now that has some really good variegated leaves, about 4 of them towards the bottom, and I thought I would propagate off the green parts and keep doing that until I get new variegated leaves, I really hope it works..
I wanted it because I can't afford variegated domesticum philo right now and I wanted that yellow variegation in my collection for a pop of color
That should work, not tried it, but based on the fact that it seems like a chimeric vatuegsnt, I would say it should doable. Yeah the v. Donesticum is awesome 😍😍😍

I have a new vbm it has 1 leaf and one opening but the one it has is starting to get a brown spot,why is this happening??
This is beautiful I am in the market for a not over priced one.
I bought a baby one for $15 on Etsy .. you have to watch the plants like your bidding on eBay .. lol the plants goes on sale
When looking to buy one, how much variegation should we look for?
Ideally anything less that 50-60% variegation I found works best to not start getting fully variegated leaves. The Burle Marx will want to revert yo green generally, so you just need to stay on top of cutting it back

How to make it climb? my burle marx variegated grows like tree pattern, it gets bushier, but it does not climb.
Give it something to climb on, a stick, wood ect
Can I grow this plant in 100% sphagnum moss?
Yes. Mine is in all moss.
These plants can handle full sun
I want this plant so bad but it's so EXPENSIVE on Etsy 🤤😤 I need to find a vendor that doesn't rip people off
Yeah this was expensive when I first bought it , I think it is more now, which country are you looking in? If in the uk, I can make some suggestions

@@ikillprettythingz7947 ahhh, not sure if it’s too pricey, but got mine from the rare plant shop and I think they now deliver to the USA and they might have some in stock soon. It’s not fussy at all, still growing like crazy. Currently uploading a video update on it that will go live tomorrow on my channel around this time, if you want to see what it is like now
