Ordered a unit for about $370 Hopefully it'll help my shoulder pain. Also like the videos walking the property, that place looks amazing. Especially like the wall of trees, like a secluded tropical getaway. I'm continuing to tweak my IB500 build, been able to keep it under 2kWh a day and manage water temps in the mid to low 40's. Insulation and timing are making a huge difference
I've been using mine for OA in my knee. I was experiencing pain everyday just walking, especially going up and down stairs. I started a routine where I use it first thing in the morning and after a couple weeks of continuous use, my knee is feeling so much better. This week I have been able to get do my daily walks, increasing the distance. I also used it on an inflamed tendinitis in my foot and I can feel it getting better than after a month wearing the boot. Note: Be sure to not go over the 15 minutes per session.

Huge fan of Red Light Therapy, RLLT is next level and use to be extremely unafforable and only used in clinics and professional sports teams to rehab.
