Thank you for explaining that in a way that even I can understand!
Glad the video helped. More Fabia content to follow.
Thanks for the video clear and concise cheers
Thank you. Glad the video helped.
Very useful video, well presented.
A couple of tips you probably already know, alternate (to your choice of times) the use of the "spare" keys/fobs to even out wear of keys/fobs and locks and batteries, plus you'll better know where the "spare" key actually is (rather than mislaid/lost) and that it works and the battery isn't flat. 2025 is 20mm diameter and 2.5mm thick so 2032 is 3.2mm thick.
Interesting comment as always, Nta16. Thank you.
@@CarSpyTV very unfortunately for me my wife is the owner of the VW product Fabia Mk3 so I'm also well aware of using the key blade (opposite way to instinct) in the lock on the (UK) driver's door when the remote stops working (not battery) for the car alarm to go off when you open the door (not Simply Clever). That would be another video, as would synchronising the remote if required after battery change (or other) or resetting the TPMS, both simple driver operations (in the Owner's Manual) that some rely on a garage to do.
Good ideas! Thank you. I've had to reset the TPMS on a Mk3 Fabia twice. I'll film it next time. Best wishes as always.
Great video, as always. Always very well put together.
:)
Thanks Matt. I'm looking forward to your next video, too.
@@CarSpyTV I’m hoping to do a brake fluid tester video tomorrow. That will link a brake fluid level change too. :)
I will be charging the brake guard on my friend mk3 Octavia too, no idea why it is rusty. Lol
Excellent! Plenty of interesting content to follow on your channel. Good stuff.
@@CarSpyTV thank you 🙏 😊
Can you do mine on the transit as only a black key with no buttons lol, have a good week
Hey Ian, just out of interest, which Transit do you have. I know it’s a classic :) I used to love my fathers transits back in the day. I remember one story that he told me, he took his 85 flatbed down a hill in Brighton, when it was snowing in the late 90s. It went sidewards all the way. He loved the thing. He did had 2 other transit vans afterwards. Have a great week
@@mattsbeamer mine is a mk 1 not been restored still pain from new
@@ianleak very nice, the classics have so much character! Thanks for the reply :)
@mattsbeamer she's a bit steady down the road, the old v4 she will pull 50 and that's about flat out, have a good evening
No buttons, ey? That's because you can unlock the doors via telekinesis! 😁
