    I love that you guys still make videos even if you miss or dont get a shot. It's something new hunters need to know that not every trip in the outdoors is going to bring in meat. It shows your humanity. Great job guys, keep up the great work

      i was just telling my dad this is why i love their show. keeps my expectations as a WAY less experienced hunter reasonable in the woods

    The other thing you guys need to learn about road hunting. Is that someone has to have all their stuff ready all the time. So when you stop and Glass a deer someone gets out the other side of the vehicle and just sits on the ground in the truck drives away. The deer look at the truck and don’t see that you’ve left somebody there. And then that individual makes a stalk from there.

    • @Waty8413
      @Waty8413 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yeah, but you've got to be careful you are not jumping out into a bad wind situation.

    • @13hawks32claws
      @13hawks32claws 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Or you get out of the truck while it’s still on the slow and the truck just keeps going. No matter what side of the truck your on.

    • @mikemehevicjr8831
      @mikemehevicjr8831 5 ปีที่แล้ว +48

      If you're alone just ghost ride the truck. The deer will be totally distracted by the sound of the truck smashing into trees and such.

    Great stuff as always, guys! I saw on Randy Newberg's channel a video from a year or two ago where he talked about an annual deer/small game/quail hunt in Arizona with a bunch of friends, and he mentioned bringing in a larger circle. I assume you guys were part of that hunt? If you recorded any, I'd like to see some of the "after the hunt" footage of everybody hanging out and sharing stories.

    @The Hunting Public, Are walkie talkies illegal to use? We used in deer drives in NC when I was younger and it made all the difference when you could freely communicate. We used one ear bud so the deer would not hear them.

    ted, here's a really good way to keep your movement to a low as possible.. i been doing this to my shoes when i stalks deer, elk, or coues deer.. i would cut out a shag carpet little wider than my shoes and i would cut a screw so it won;t poked through to my feet..i would scrwed the shag carpet to the soul of my shoes to keep my stalk silently .. you should try this tactics instead of taking off your shoes.

    Tough stalking, them deer seem extra jumpy or skittish more than a whitetail? An its really tough trying to do all this on camera. Stalking with a bow is just like musky fishing is most of the time a follow is treated as a partial victory, like getting 60 yards or closer stalking before getting busted or having the deer stop right in the thick stuff or hide vitals behind the tree. Great flick. Look forward to the next one

The ones that are all leather, sole and all, no rubber. "Classic Ring Boot - Quoddy.com" not cheap but maybe you could do a little hunters promo deal, help them out for a few custom made pairs. Coues deer hunting is really tough They use every bit of the terrain to their advantage Another thing you can do is when you see a buck about to cross a road let the hunter out as fast as you can then proceed on your way The buck will think you have went on your way and just might continue on across the road That is where you might get a chance for a shot But who knows what they want to do That's why they call it hunting and not killing 🙂

    need to set up a set of signals that are set so if no cell phone service you can rely exactly what you are telling and a set of time for each set of signals . to know when to look for signals. just saying cause you ll are alway in view of each of and this should hv been worked out yrs ago.
