Erosion control. Strong storms can help you flush away debris and show problem areas

Erosion control is a challenge in Tennessee with steep roads, driveways and trails. This culvert was 95% closed off due to erosion flowing into the pipe and slowing due to improper angle. I don't want to rip it up, and found that by creating a settling pool in front of the culvert, the gravel, silt and sand have settled out and the culvert is now almost 50% clear. Getting about 6 inches of rain in 24 hours helped.
Things on the farm, forest, homestead are slowly improving.
