That looks so dangerous. I wouldn't be able to do it. But, that's what craftsmanship involves often. I work on lathes and I really have to pay attention.
It comes natural now (after 5 years of sewing all day every day), but the first couple years I was keenly aware of the walking foot and needle after hearing horror stories from employees who'd been in the industry a long time. Definitely have to keep a steady foot, which controls the motor. With today's servo motors, it's pretty easy to keep total control over the needle.
Really love the fact that you guys are making in the USA. however, I think you should change on your website 'only custom boxing equipment maker that makes in the USA', as John Golomb and ONYX still make in the USA with customisation options.
Appreciate the comment. I haven't seen a single pair of gloves made by John Golomb in the last 5 years - not on anyone's website, social media page, ebay - not anywhere. Therefore, I'd argue that he's not making custom gloves anymore, and I've made and sold close to 500 pairs in the last 3 years. Onyx makes exactly one type of glove, in a lace up and velcro version. The only customization he offers is putting your name on the glove. To me, that's not a custom boxing glove maker. With all this in mind, I think it's a fair statement to say that I'm the only custom boxing glove maker currently making gloves in the US.

@@1v1FightGear hey jason I'm really on the fence between winning and your glove,my main concern is being able to make a complete fist while training. @@1v1FightGear wow. I did not know sewing machines have the servo option too. So much smoother and stops on the dot.

@@_Crunch Besides good wrist support making a solid natural fist is also my main concern. Did you ever buy a pair of 1v1's?
