Beautiful home! 20 years ago, I have Italian home built from the ground up. Builded by Italian contractor. All Italian materials. All my furniture is all Italian made. Even my clothes and Shoes🤣🤣😇I'm a All around Italian girl😉 I hope whoever buy this house take good care of it and appreciate it. The best home one can buy, wellll made and solid. I guessed 125,000 euros. I absolutely love this property. It is a true diamond in the rough. The one minus is the road noise and its proximity to the road but depending on its location (what town is it in?), it has great potential. I love the architectural details, all the bits and pieces of furniture, etc, and some of the floors are incredible. There truly is much to rave about here. I hope it lands in loving hands. Nick, Very interesting place, amazing work room with a lathe and an overhead crane for working on your little trains , mining equipment, or automobiles. Strange, I just watched on the Smithsonian about the high-speed trains of Italy, amazing! Loved the tour of this old house that needs upgrading, but the price seems very reasonable. Too bad it is on a busy street, but with some soundproofing, it may not be so bad. Someone with a vision of upgrades will make a killing purchasing this home. Lots of work, but hopefully, I am sure it will be someone's dream home.

Oh, Nick! What a fun property! In the early 70’s I worked on estate / tag sales when the business was just starting out. We would go into homes where no one had yet entered that were filled with years and generations of accumulation. Much like this property, but even more filled. The joy of opening a door and seeing life as it had been, undisturbed, was such a thrill and even a bit emotional. Opening a drawer that was filled with “stuff”. I loved it. I laughed along with you as you went through this house, which, of course, needed so much work. I could feel your fingers itching to get into everything. Did someone buy this project? With a renovation budget of approximately 100,000, this could be a real show palace at a pretty decent cost. It's been brutally hot here in the US too. 108F (42.2C) this past week in Dallas. I feel your pain, Nick.

Another week, another wonderful tour! I enjoy all the properties you show, but there's something special about these "time capsules". The 40's style bedroom and the cantina (those arches!) have a distinct appeal. The garden is huge, plus the land across the street. It's hard to believe everything is 120k euros. Nick ... this could be something very good, someone needs to put some love and care into it to get it to blend a bit, and that roof ... it'll need someone who can fix it, and that isn't easy in Italy. However, with time and funding, patience, and steady progress, this kind of place could be special indeed. Thank you for showing such spots, there are those of us who wouldn't be able to take on those costlier places, although something like this, it could be someone's dream.😎👍
Having done a restoration which included roof replacement down the road in Northern Lazio, I wouldn't worry for a second about the roof. Plenty of artisan builders and suppliers of wooden beams. This one is a bit more complex and retaining/repairing the existing beams might complicate it but there should be no shortage of people fully competent to do it locally and economically.

@@markt.3685 If you plan properly and reckon on perhaps 3 months to get the necessary approvals sorted then should be ok. Obviously it varies from region to region and there has been a temporary shortage across Italy thanks to the 110% rules.
It’s certainly a thing of beauty seemingly untouched by time…It would be the perfect setting for a Historical Ghost Story…I love that place…It could be a museum…..and should be preserved as a time capsule…

Another wonderful gem of great potential. I love this home and some of the furniture within. My mind was just spinning with ideas as you entered each room. That cantina is perfect to return it to a wine tasting room and possibly a small kitchen to accommodate meals in the garden. So very much potential throughout. The only big negative is that traffic noise, but you had all the windows open as you filmed. I’m sure that double-panel windows would make a world of difference in the noise levels. I guessed 125,000 euros. I absolutely love this property. It is a true diamond in the rough. The one minus is the road noise and its proximity to the road but depending on its location (what town is it in?), it has great potential. I love the architectural details, all the bits and pieces of furniture, etc, and some of the floors are incredible. There truly is much to rave about here. I hope it lands in loving hands. Very interesting place, amazing work room with a lathe and an overhead crane for working on your little trains , mining equipment, or automobiles. Strange, I just watched on the Smithsonian about the high-speed trains of Italy, amazing! Right, this property would definitely require a walk-through, before considering additional renovation detail options. Another great property Nick . The outside ? Attic is interesting also. Loved the tour of this old house that needs upgrading, but the price seems very reasonable. Too bad it is on a busy street, but with some soundproofing, it may not be so bad. Someone with a vision of upgrades will make a killing purchasing this home. Lots of work, but hopefully, I am sure it will be someone's dream home.

In the early 70’s I worked on estate / tag sales when the business was just starting out. We would go into homes where no one had yet entered that were filled with years and generations of accumulation. Much like this property, but even more filled.
The joy of opening a door and seeing life as it had been, undisturbed, was such a thrill and even a bit emotional. Opening a drawer that was filled with “stuff”. I loved it.
I laughed along with you as you went through this house, which, of course, needed so much work. I could feel your fingers itching to get into everything. Did someone buy this project?

Another week, another wonderful tour! I enjoy all the properties you show, but there's something special about these "time capsules". The 40's style bedroom and the cantina (those arches!) have a distinct appeal. The garden is huge, plus the land across the street. It's hard to believe everything is 120k euros. I agree that this place could be really nice with an investment of 250k euros. Nick, thanks for sharing this property.

Nick ... this could be something very good, someone needs to put some love and care into it to get it to blend a bit, and that roof ... it'll need someone who can fix it, and that isn't easy in Italy. However, with time and funding, patience, and steady progress, this kind of place could be special indeed. Thank you for showing such spots, there are those of us who wouldn't be able to take on those costlier places, although something like this, it could be someone's dream.😎👍
Having done a restoration which included roof replacement down the road in Northern Lazio, I wouldn't worry for a second about the roof. Plenty of artisan builders and suppliers of wooden beams. This one is a bit more complex and retaining/repairing the existing beams might complicate it but there should be no shortage of people fully competent to do it locally and economically.

@@markt.3685 If you plan properly and reckon on perhaps 3 months to get the necessary approvals sorted then should be ok. Obviously it varies from region to region and there has been a temporary shortage across Italy thanks to the 110% rules.

Another wonderful gem of great potential. I love this home and some of the furniture within. My mind was just spinning with ideas as you entered each room. That cantina is perfect to return it to a wine tasting room and possibly a small kitchen to accommodate meals in the garden. So very much potential throughout. The only big negative is that traffic noise, but you had all the windows open as you filmed. I’m sure that double-panel windows would make a world of difference in the noise levels.
