    Another great result for your client. Does the final sentence of 6 months include any reduction for good behavior in prison or other sentence reduction programs? Thanks Justin keep up the great work!

      On a sentence of 12 months or less the prisoner is not eligible for good time credits. That does not mean he is not eligible for halfway house or home confinement. It just means he cannot earn good time credits. Often times you will see a sentence of 12 months and one day. Judges add the day so the defendant can earn good time.
